A bit difficult to access via car due to the steep slope roadway leading to the property but this also made it remote and special. The Saturday night pool party went until 4am… they could have tone the music down after 1 or 2am at the latest

A very beautiful setting and the facilities and staff were terrific. The pool environment and food was very good quality, and access to the sea very good even if there wasn’t a beach.

Their music/playlist feels like it’s on repeat after a week of staying there. I think more chilled music would be nicer by the pool and crank it up in the late afternoon with the dance music . The music was a bit much first thing in the morning by the pool.

If you are after a remote location to rest, this is lovely. Weekends however music is loud in evenings.

The staff were very hostile, not friendly at all. I think this is inportant for guests, since i am a hotel manager myself i was surprised by the unfriendly staff who made me feel uncomfortable if i asked questions

Traveling to the city is quite far.

Beautiful resort, Carla is the Best of all, the staff were very helpful and made my stay smooth. She is very nice. She responded quickly to my messages and when I needed anything, she always made it happen.

You need a car to get to the hotel as it is down a very twisty and long road which would take around 20 minutes or more to walk up and down to access the street. The hotel lacks some of the finishing touches that make resorts of this style exceptional.

The breakfast could use more selection! There was no gym we had to find a gym to go too! For a 5 star resort should have a gym and a boutique where we can buy snacks and suntan lotion and other stuff that guest might need

Breakfast was good could use more selection of fruits and other breakfast choices! The location was amazing but really hard to go down and up on that street and very scary our car didn’t fit the turns and we always had to back up!

The location isn’t the issue, as this adds to the aesthetic of the hotel (being situated below cliff around 20 mins from Sorrento) however I think the hotel should run a shuttle to Sorrento, it costs €50 euros in a taxi one way. To the airport was €200. The evening meal menu was a little disappointing, very small menu for a 5 star hotel.

The fact that they don’t have a shuttle service running between the hotel and the city center / ferry port etc is baffling. The walk from the top of the hotel entry to where the reception is must be at least 700-800 m, on a steep incline / decline. One night we walked back, and no one was picking the phone up, and pitch dark we had to basically walk. It was really unsafe. For how good the hotel can be potentially, this is a very reasonable ask from guests + a must-have from a hotel perspective. Also, would recommend the hotel to get more vegetarian and vegan friendly options. Roberto was great in making something special for us, but I’m sure more options will be helpful. Also, we were there on the evening/night of the beach/pool party. Being guests at the hotel, and booking the most expensive room (310), they wanted us to clear the payment on the spot. I mean who roams around with their wallet/cash in their own hotel while chilling casually. Also guys- make a fitness center if possible (not why I reduced my rating but will help in making trips at your hotel longer when in the area).

Staff was top-class. Special mention to Carla at the front desk, Roberto at the restaurant, and Pierro by the pool- who we communicated with the most personally. They were really helpful + made our stay really comfortable. The views were stunning. Best sunset from the 4-5 we witnessed. Sunset right in front of us wow!

When leaving, reception called us a cab to the train station. He turned up, was friendly but ripped me off charging 50 euro for a, at best, 12 euro trip. Beware the freindly white Mercedes cab!

Location on the water is idyllic. We were there for the last week of the season, so the outdoor facilities were not catered for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a shuttle into Sorrento as the site is too difficult to exit by walking. A nice place.

The cuisine in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was of absolutely inadequate quality. For breakfast we ordered eggs benedict and they were the worst eggs benedict we have ever eaten. For lunch at the pool we ordered pizza and it was very tasty. For dinner we ordered a grilled fish bowl and seafood risoto. it was absolutely not tasty. there was sand in the mussels, and after we told the waiter about it, he did not react at all. the vegetables that were grilled were clearly cooked many hours ago and were simply brought out of the refrigerator. the waiter said that this is how it should be, because the fish is not cold, which means it tastes better... in a word - the kitchen is a very weak point of this hotel and I believe that it absolutely does not correspond to the level of the establishment or the prices.

the hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet place (it is away from the road, and therefore you can’t hear or see outsiders at all). The rooms are very cozy and clean, they offer incredibly beautiful views of the sea and the rocks. the swimming pool with sun loungers right on the seashore simply won our hearts.

I was really disappointed with the food in the evening. The menu was mainly fish pasta. Very limited choice and expensive. The beach club had a much better menu during the day. It cost €70 to get a taxi in to Sorrento which is also a downside. I would have liked more food options so could have stayed in the hotel for meals. Our mini bar wasn’t replenished during our stay and the bins weren’t emptied in our rooms when we arrived.

Restaurant staff were not trained properly, standing too close to our table with hands in pockets talking to each other Evening meal was basic and not very good, was expensive. I couldn't eat my meal. Had mussels to start with but bottom of the bowl was dry, obviously didn't use a little cream or wine. Spaghetti meal was basic but cost 20eu, could have done better myself. It was cold and didn't get offered any blankets or to sit inside. Something was missing ?

little bit of a nightmare to get to considering it’s at the bottom of a mountain, the road leading to it can be quite hard to get down if you’re not an experienced driver, we had a Vespa and was ok but we seen numerous cars struggling.

Unfortunately, the amount of money we spent per night does not equate to the level of service that was expected. Most, if not all of the staff were extremely rude and did not make much of an effort to make us feel welcomed. However, we did meet a fabulous staff member named Irene who made our trip absolutely worthwhile! She helped my boyfriend personally pick the flowers for a birthday bouquet of flowers for myself. She was an absolute angel and deserves an amazing shoutout for her very genuine and kindhearted service. We love you Irene!

Overall, the property is absolutely breathtaking. The views were unreal.

Food and drinks were amazing but they were very expensive. We hired a car so found it better to drive out for dinner as couldn’t afford €20 for a pizza when it’s €8 at a restaurant less than 5 mins away.

Breakfast was incredible. The pool area and views were stunning. I was worried as I read about music playing until late but there was chilled music played around the pool in the day and then never heard anything from our room in the evening. Staff were attentive and the sunset from our balcony was beautiful
