If I was in the management, I never give this room to any guest . Old, with old carpet and smelly of damp. Broken wardrobe and entry door. Only very kind staff.

The room was not clean, not ventilated, dusty, stuffy with a bad smell. The bathroom had a lot of mold and the toilet was broken and unusable. The location of the room was not as indicated in the booking location, we thought there would be parking near the hotel as indicated on the website but there was not. Nothing was as it appeared on the website and of course we were not staying at the hotel and there was no possibility to change rooms because everything was fully occupied.

The man at the reception was very patient, showed us how to get around and where the bus stop was.

Room was tiny, and not exactly easy on the eye. Nowhere near big enough for the price paid. We weren't expecting anything big or luxurious, but we had to put our suitcases in the wardobe because there was no room anywhere else.

Pictures of the rooms are far away from the reality in the hotel. All the handles, knobs and furniture was close to falling apart.

The bathrooms were a bit small, that was a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience we had.

We booked a stay at this hotel last minute and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Despite the short notice, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, making sure everything was comfortable and seamless. One of the standout moments was the dinner—though the restaurant was closing as we arrived, they graciously welcomed us in and prepared a delicious meal, which we truly appreciated. The staff were not only attentive and friendly but also had a great understanding of English, which made communication so much easier. This level of hospitality, especially from an Italian team, was truly impressive and added to the charm of the stay. Overall, the hotel provided exceptional service, and we left feeling valued and well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for warm and welcoming staff, delicious meals, and an overall fantastic experience!

We got bitten by the bed bugs during our first night. Because it was during midnight so there is no reception staffs, they can not do anything for us (no change room). We stay 2 nights but can not change the room on the second night

It was ground floor room with ac but ac was not functioning and after check in they on the ac and take the remote back and washroom shower holder was broken and don’t have something to hang clothes and almirah was too small

The bathroom was down the hall and not attached to the tiny bed room, we were in room #48. There were other hotel guests in our hallway and we had to walk from the bathroom to our room. (It was not enjoyable.) We noticed there were two additional buildings that the hotel occupied. We felt like we were in a totally different building than the rest of the guests. The other doors in our hallway didn't have key card access — they had key locked doors. I think that tiny is expected for Venice, but the bathroom down the hall and not attached to our room felt like we were getting the wool pulled over our eyes. Beware of room #48.

I was considering that Ireserved 20 square meter room, it was less than 10 square meter in reality. The room was very dark with small window. There was bad moisture smell.
