The receptionist are one of the kindest people you can have the chance to meet. Always with a smile, ready to provide excellent tips and very professional! Thanks Marcello! Also the lady that she prepares the coffee at the bar next to the reception is very polite and welcoming! The room itself is very clean and spacious and the location is excellent. Near the centre of Santa Teresa but without any noise. Excellent relationship price-quality!

This was perfect for us. Clean, tastefully furnished and facilities for travellers like a laundry and individual clothes lines. Little cafe was convenient for breakfast. 5 minutes walk from the hotel was a fabulous restaurant, El Guardino.

Amazing stay! We arrived in a hurry so we could see the sunset, and the super friendly staff rappdly made our check in so we wouldn't miss it and even give us indication to the best stop to watch the sunset (near the lighthouse on the top of Capo Testa)! The room was big and comfortable, everything was quiet... The area around it is a residencial area, so you have a lot of free parking space avaible, but in the night can be hard to find it (but not impossible!) Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for everything!

Loved it. Staff so helpful and friendly. The rooms large and airy, loads of light, good bathroom, nice garden area to sit and relax. There is a laundry and a place to hang out clothes. Abt 600 metets to town and again to great beach. Highly recommend

A little road noise. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The best part of my stay was the family running this hotel! Goes out of their way to help in anyway they can. The room was super clean and spacious enough for two people. The location was central to everything, including the bus station and port. The bathroom was well equipped. Daily housekeeping services! 5 star services at a budget price! You can also do laundry on site. Has a nice bar and cafe. Exceeded all my expectations.

Friendly staff - we received a good navigation through the city and attractions nearby. Clean room. Can be a good place for family stay. Space for drying the wet swimming suits and towels. The road nearby can be a little bit noisy at nights if you prefer to sleep with open windows.

Not critical at all, just be aware that we had a bit weak Wi-Fi in our room. Perhaps due to the remoteness of the reception, since we were actually on the 3rd floor). One more thing, if the power grid allows, that is, a small wish - an electric kettle in the room). Once again, we sincerely thank Marcello and all the staff for their kindness and hospitality!

Very good location, everything is within walking distance: center -15 min; supermarket COOP - opposite; supermarket Euro Spin - 10-15 minutes; port (boats to all sea excursions) - 10 minutes. No problems with parking: either at the hotel itself, or opposite, also free of charge. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Feels like a decent family business. Marcello gives full advice and helps not only with the choice of excursions, but also on many other issues. Regular cleaning of rooms, cleanliness. In general, worth the money. Would like to return back.

The staff are friendly and lovely (helped with bus info etc 👌🏾😄 ) the hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean. Nice blackout curtains. The aircon was good effective! The room had a mini safe and a mini fridge. They offer a laundry service which was super useful ! The walk to the town is about 12-15 minutes, also close to the bus stop about 7-8 mins walk. Great value for money.
