Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaThe soundproofing of the room. You could hear out loud any noise in the hallway. It was ok cause this was happening at 8 am like an alarm clock. Didnt bother us too much. :) we were lucky to have nice neighbors.
Good breakfast but sometimes, when something finished, it was not refilled although 8.30 am. Pastry shop amazing. Very nice and helpful staff.

BrazilI forgot to bring some hair conditioner and thought there would be some in the toilletries, but there wasn´t. In the end it was fine, because the hair dryer was top notch and I would spend most of the day with a hat or helmet on anyway.
I´m from a country where it doesn´t snow, so I chose the Dolomites to have my first ski lesson. Instead of staying in Cortina d'Ampezzo, which is more popular and therefore more expensive, I rather stay at FIORI Dolomites Experience. For the same price I'd stay at a regular hotel in Cortina, I got a cozy, modern, very well-located hotel in San Vito di Cadore, just 10 min drive from Cortina, super close from the ski slopes and with lots of perks provided by restaurants, shops, and activity centers nearby. The staff was very friendly and always available to suggest places to see or to eat. Breakfast was delicious, because the hotel has it´s own pastry shop, which by the way is kind of meeting point after a long day of skiing. Their pastries are also served in a late afternoon snack at the hotel lounge, overlooking those breathtaking mountains. I definitely wanna come back, maybe during summer to see a whole different landscape.

New ZealandThe hotel was amazing - we had a suite for my husband and I and a standard double room for our two teenage daughters. The suites are in a different building but it's all attached - the space is wonderful - the common areas are beautifully decorated. The breakfast is delicious as is the après ski cake buffet! We used the cooking facilities in the suite which were also great - and the supermarket is next door. We were travelling via train/bus. We used the Cortina Express - which stops about 500m from the hotel. We travelled with all our ski gear - the hotel had a great drying room for our gear. Getting up to Cortina for skiing was a bit tricky - the hotel staff didn't really know about the public transport options (although, they did find out information for us - and we're super friendly) - but I thought I'd include information in our review. We bought our Ski passes online and took the bus to the ski field (free but only one in the morning and 8:25 and the free return bus is at 5:30pm) We only wanted to ski a half day each day so we took the public bus back. However, no one has their ski gear on the public bus. (We did take our ski gear on there one day but it's busy and tricky.) We rented a locker for 5Euro per person per day to store our ski gear under the Socrapes lift at Cortina - this was an excellent facility and super easy! So, then a bus to the bus stop and then a local ski transport bus to the lift. Basically - the point of this review is to say - rent a car! It would be a lot easier. Or, if you must do public transport during the ski season - do some research. We would've used a local taxi service but seemed hard to figure it out and we'd already sorted the bus schedule. I would 100% stay at this hotel again for skiing but I would rent a car! It's only a 10-15minute drive but public transport isn't as frequent or easy as elsewhere. Thanks to the team for a great stay!

United KingdomHotel doesn't do meals in the evening - we travelled out of season and the town doesn't have many restaurants - on some nights ALL are closed, meaning you have to drive to another town to eat. Room advertised with a terrace was actually a small balcony on the main road.
Fantastic variety of food from the artisan bakery. Great decor and comfortable bedroom. Helpful and friendly staff.

United StatesNo negatives about this hotel, it has met all our expectations.
I love waking up to the stunning mountain views from my room at the Fiori Dolomites Experience Hotel. It's the perfect way to start my day, and it reminds me of how lucky I am to be staying in such a beautiful place. The rooms are also very quiet and comfortable, which is important to me after a long day of hiking. And the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options, so I can always find something to my taste.

United KingdomMy family had such an enjoyable time at the Fiori Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they even provided us with a list of recommended/partner restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were clean and cozy and the view from our hotel (see photos) was amazing. We even took a 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the beautiful Lago di Mosigo. The bus stop to catch a bus to Cortina is about 3 minutes walk down from the hotel and the receptionist was so kind as to even print out the bus schedule for us. Thanks so much for having us, we would definitely be back again!

IndiaLoved everything about the property.
Absolutely amazing stay!! The rooms and washrooms were very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and to add to the magic, the rooms open to a beautifully done balcony too with wonderful views of the Dolomites. And oh, the breakfast is to die for!! The staff is super helpful. 10 on 10 recommending it, not only for the brilliant stay but also for a less touristy and quieter location than its more touristy counterpart Cortina. It is located right on the main road, about 10 mins drive before Cortina. The property is not too far from some of the popular hike trailheads like Tre Cime, Lake Sorapis, Lake Fidora and more. They also start their breakfast at 7 am for those who want to start early for the hikes. There is a dedicated parking space available too - you might want to prefer it over roadside parking - although that’s safe too.
