Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MaltaThe hot water in the bathroom was not constant. It would turn cold or very hot at will.
The place is very close to Cortina d'Ampezzo but not that busy which I prefer. The hotel is very new and modern. Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok and the pastries were to die for. The staff was very nice and friendly. Will definitely visit next year.

GreeceExcellent to every little detail. The room is decorated with wood and wool, modern with a traditional touch. Everything looks brand new and perfectly clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and there is also a snack in the afternoon that you don’t want to miss because they have the best patisserie!!! The breakfast room and the coffee lounge are so nicely decorated! There is also a ski room, sauna and a private parking. It’s a ten minute drive to Cortina, on the main road, and since there are a lot of parking places in Cortina we found it very easy to go skiing and to Cortina Center. A very good choice if you are visiting the area.

BrazilThere is nothing we didn't like. For me I would stay there for months.
This was the best stay we've ever had in Italy (counting two road trips, passing through ten different regions). The staff was extremely kind and attentive, the receptionist even lent us her own car snow scraper because we didn't have one. The facilities were extremely comfortable: bed, bath, living area, breakfast area, caffé, we just didn't have time to visit the wellness area. Everything was very new and clean. The food is excellent, we didn't know but originally their business is a traditional bakery. So breakfast far exceeds expectations. We were welcomed with a mini cake that was waiting for us in the bedroom. Plus, they offer a free afternoon snack including mini sandwiches and wonderful patisserie items, which is very welcoming. The decor is also impressive, and already welcomes people with a mountain atmosphere, all wood, very fragrant and all decorated with a Christmas vibe. The location is also very good, because there is a supermarket (Conad) just a few steps away. Even though you are not in Cortina D'ampezzo it is very easy and fast to get there if you have a car. They also offer snow activities for the same price you find directly in the official offices.

ItalyExcellent little boutique hotel. Real low-key luxurious experience, from super kind and professional check-in by Diego recommending amazing restaurants in the area and all relevant info about the hotel, to the amazing Tea-time with in-house pastries served every day from 15.30-18h, which was really enjoyable after a sporty day in the slopes (and complimentary). Beds are really comfy, well isolated and the decoration of the hotel is extremely well done, REAL attention to detail. I would say it is in fact a genuine boutique hotel, a great option to be nearby Cortina. Rooms and the hotel in general are Japanese clean...spotless! Breakfast is very generous and good quality. Free parking is also available, which is a peace of mind, being in the center of the village. I would totally recommend it!

PortugalEarly check out until 10am despite allowing +30mins. And beeing woke up at 8 am by vacuum sound and housekeeping chatting in the corridor. Extremely unfortunate.
Amazing view from the balcony to the mountains. Everything was clean and the room was what shown in the pictures. Good quality breakfast especially the pastry. They also have a patisserie next door so you get some goodies on the breakfast buffet.

PhilippinesFiori was an accidental gem I found in Booking.com. Ive seen a lot of good reviews about this place so I think its worth giving it a try since its price is not so bad, and its half-way to all the places I want to go. Let me just say, the reviews don’t lie - the place is amazing!! First, it wasn’t hard to find and you wont miss it. Parking is mostly available (glad we went there on a not too busy season). The hotel is clean and smells fresh all the time. Check.in was fast and front desk explained everything well. The room view is spectacular! We initially got the room the side but got moved to another room (due to minor issue with room locks) and got the most amazing view of dolomites up close. The room itself is super good that i thought i was on a 5-star hotel. It is huge, clean and well maintained. As for the facilities, I am impressed that they have a spa, which we took advantage of, after a long day of driving, for a minimal fee. Also, it has a bar resto below, and a grocery just right beside it which was perfect. Also, the breakfast is insanely good and come with room price (dont skip this part) + take advantage of the afternoon snack they serve at 3pm, absolutely free of charge. Is it value for money? Hell yea, I would come back in a heart beat and stay even longer this time!

SingaporeWhat an experience indeed! We loved this hotel. Although the room was a little bit small (little walking space left after our luggages were opened), this was a small issue considering we got 2 balcony terraces with wonderful mountain views, the most amazing breakfast and surprise complimentary evening tea. Location is great, next to supermarket & short walk to a good pizzeria.

IsraelBar was supposed to be open till 10 pm, but we came a bit before 9pm and it was already closed.
Beautiful hotel and room with a view. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. Had fresh home made pastries, a variety of fruits and vegetables. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel offers daily trip suggestions which is a great option if you seek to explore the area. The hotel has private free parking.

HungaryThe bed was a little bit too narrow for us but it was still comfortable and everything was super clean.
It was one of the cutest places we have ever stayed in. Even though the room was small, we were fortunate to have balcons on both sides so we could see the breathtaking mountains of the Dolomties all around. Everything was made of wood, which has a homey but modern feel at the same time. This is a great starting point to discover the Dolomites with supermarket, petrol station and the hotel's own bakery around. Even though the hotel is on a main road we could hear absolutely nothing about the traffic which is not much either during the evening hours. We already miss the atmosphere and the scenery.

GermanyDidn't like the 15€ extra costs per person for the wellness area. In this price range, that should be included.
Great breakfast, especially for fans of sweet breakfast, very nice design, modern but also with the "old school charme" of a mountain hut.

United StatesNothing, it was great
This hotel was so nice. One of cutest on our two week trip. The breakfast was delicious and the afternoon "snack" time was basically lunch. We all really loved it. The only downfall is it isn't a big town, it's about 15 min away from Cortina and so you definitely need a car. There were only a few restaurants that were open for dinner. It's almost like a small village. Maybe during ski season there's more open.
