Property was in an excellent location most attractions were within walking distance and it is close to Termini and there are a lot of bus routes passing the door. Plenty of shops around the area too. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean but small although with the amount of time we spent in the room it didn’t matter to us. The room was warm but they have air con. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room is very small and the show cabin suits only for a very, very, very thin person.The bath room demands repairing. Moreover, the elevator didn't work for 2 days.

The location is perfect , close to the train, metro and bus stations. In a walk distance till some tourist spots. There are a lot of shops and cafe shops nearby.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was pretty nice.

Thin wall you can hear full conversation of any other room ,there was no noise isolation from street . Hotel does not provide any bathroom essential, no boiler , no glasses I hope the hotel management would adjust on that .

A little street noise but it didn't bother us much. Any building on such a lively street would have that much. The bed was a little stiff for me but it is a personal preference.

The property was within a 15-minute walk of many landmarks and metro station. The room was very clean to begin with, had old furniture but a nice vibe, had a spacious bathroom -seemed recently renovated- and cleaned everyday. The sheets and towels were new and clean. The staff was very friendly. Nice neighbourhood, good restaurants and shops nearby.

Location very central and the car parking was close. We felt we were in the middle of it all and the beat thing Metro was next door.

It's very noisy I could hear everything from the street and people walking up and down the halls talking and shutting their doors. Also the beds are really firm which is great if that's your jam but not so much for me.

It was clean and spacious and an amazing location very close to the train station and all the main attractions and such a good price. I liked the older vibe it had given it a real old school Italian vibe.

The fact that the jotel is in an appartment building and you have to go to the 3rd floor and use a buzzer to be let in the jotel portion. Also very hard to find parking on the street. The bed was absolutely terrible. Big bump in the middle of the mattress so had to sleep on the edge of the bed.

A well-located hotel, a short walk from Termini station. The rooms are small to medium in size, it is a fair hotel at the price-quality level. I would use the hotel more for transit than to spend a vacation. The staff at the reception very kind

Cleaning staff entered the room on two separate occasions despite having the do not disturb sign on the front door.

Location was excellent and in proximity to all of the major attractions. Very close to the train station and there's lots of restaurants in the area. Great stay altogether! We were a party of 5, including 3 children.

Pillows could be better, it would be cool to have free bottle of water in the room as there was just two empty cups. There were enough towels only for one person even though I reserved the room for couple. The elevator seemed scary.

Really lovely and helpful staff in general, breakfast is really good, the location is almost perfect as you can have access to both busses and metro station and the hotel itself is not very far away from tourist locations so you can take a walk. The room was clean and the bed was good.
