The windows open to a long balcony that connects all the rooms to one another around a central courtyard. It is not a big deal but might affect a sense of privacy and security for some people, especially if you like to sleep with your window open.

The staff was adorable and really welcoming, which straight away makes a big difference when you arrive. The location is unbeatable, since you are really in the city center and at a walkable distance from everything really. Unfortunately I only staid for one night, so I did not really get to try everything, but the food from the room service was correct.

Bathroom tub/shower was difficult to get in and out of and could be hazardous for people with low agility. Room decor could use updating.

Breakfast was good and staff was terrific. Location is great for access to Bret’s district.

The painting of scenes from La Scala Opera House in front of elevator could be refreshed. The toilet in breakfast room is unisex.

Breakfast is a feast. Everything one could possibly want is offered buffet style. Ample staff is present to meet your every need with a cheerful attitude. Every morning there is two hours of live, but subdued live music played by a professional musician.

Bed was too soft. The sheets reeked of perfume. I don’t know why that was. Perhaps a previous guest dropped perfume on the sheets and I know that’s hard to clean. Another odd thing. I ran out of Kleenex and the next day I found that they had put four sheets of Kleenex in the container. It wasn’t a big deal it was just odd.

Staff was excellent. In every way. Very accommodating and attentive.

The only negative we have is the dangerous bath tub. The tub itself was amazing but getting out was difficult since it didn’t have a step for the extra height.

The property was so clean and welcoming. The room was a little small but for 2 people it was fine. The room had plenty of storage and the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast room. Each morning we had live music (a harpist) with great table service. I’ll definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Great variety and choice of food for breakfast. Harpist is a perfect addition to the breakfast and a lovely way to start your day. Excellent walking location to Duomo and also to Brera neighbourhood with shops and restaurants. Nice rooms with balconies. The outdoor rooftop is nice to visit, even when the Skyview Restaurant on the rooftop is not open. The front desk staff are very nice and super helpful - especially Mohammed!

the towel warmer wasnt switched on! being a four star we expected to have it on.

location is fantastic - staff amazing - great breakfast (home made cakes and an amazing harpist playing during the whole breakfast!) - view from the 7th floor rooms breathtaking - help from the front desk for reservations.

Beside the fact that we enjoyed every minute staying, still there are some things which need a bit of attention from you such as details in the bathroom (should need refreshing of the paintings of the wall and doors. Entrance doors need a bit of painting. Room 106.
