The rooftop bar was not open when we visited, it was a shame as one of the reasons we had booked this hotel.

The location of this hotel, close to shopping, duomo and lovely bars and restaurants. The helpfulness of the staff and the breakfast were fabulous. It is an upmarket hotel without being over the top.

The beds were very firm.

Mattio (hotel be manager) was wonderful. There was a taxi strike and we had been no way to get to the train station so we he saved the day by driving us. Each morning we were serenaded at breakfast with a talented harpist or pianist.

There was no USB port in the room to charge my mobile. The TV had no English channel.

The location was very convenient, just 5 minutes walk from Teatro alla Scala and Brera Museum. Staff members were friendly and they gave me a room with bathtub because they knew that the Japanese people like using bathtub. The live music, especially the harp, at the breakfast was very nice. It’s my third time to visit Milan and I liked this hotel best. I will probably come back here again.

the shower doors in the second bathroom did not close properly so you spilled water all over; there was no air conditioning on the second level of the room; breakfast was ok but limited and did not get replenished on our last day though breakfast did not end for another 1hr.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning system very noisy so had to turn it off at night then got too hot.

The bathroom was had a luxury spa bath with overhead shower was set in marble. The step into the bath was very high and the width of the marble top meant it was difficult to get into. Whilst there was some grip inserted into the centre of the bath it wasn't where the shower attachment was located. The hand rail for the shower was on the opposite to the marble top making it hard to reach. I could not recommend the bath/ shower to anyone who was not able to cope with the initial high step in.

The hotel is in a great location close to the Cathedral. The hotel furnishing were of good quality and the rooms were very comfortable.

Perfect location and divine rooftop terrace (views, cocktails, staff). Of course the city was a little loud outside our windows, but we *wanted* to be downtown. We'll be back.

Although not a major issue, some of front desk staff were very helpful, while others seem disinterested.

Breakfast included was decent, complimentary taxi from Malpensa was well organized and added to overall value, nice bathtub in room.

Breakfast servers were a little overwhelmed. Given COVID and employment market it was understandable and forgivable. Didn’t detract from all the good things though.

Staff was exceptional in meeting some special requests. Made the front end of our trip better than expected. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooftop bar was a beautiful way to end the day.

Our room was large and comfortable but drafty towards the windows

The location of the hotel was great, as we were going to LaScala, but what really stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff at the desk. Every request, from making a tennis reservation, printing out documents to calling a taxi, was handled quickly, competently and with a smile. The piano player at breakfast was a nice touch and the breakfast was good.
