The water pressure was the only thing that we couldn’t rate highly, but I guess that is common in an old city like Rome

Easy walk from the train station. Well equipped with all the essentials. Plenty of room for the family. Very clean. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Parking wasn’t 25 euro it was 40 euro per day and we were only able to use the lift once. I was travelling with my 2 elderly parents and 2 toddlers which made it really hard.

Great amount of space and good location (lots of dinner places and nice and quiet. Air conditioning was great.

Great location, only a short walk from the Train Station, with lots of restaurants, food shops, and supermarket nearby. The apartment is clean and very nicely decorated, and has a sunny balcony. It is comfortable and well-equipped. The host were very welcoming and gave some excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. I highly recommend this apartment

Clear instructions from host and she met us and show us the apartment upon our arrival. Apartment is spotless and in excellent condition. We love the little cute balcony. The washing machine is located in the balcony. Comfy beds and good kitchen facilities. Great location and close to Termini Station. We enjoy our stay and will rent again if we come back to Rome. ps. the opera signer neighbour will practice the singing in late afternoon.

There would be a single downside - this property is pretty heavily booked. I would venture to guess that this is to repeat guests. I plan on always checking it as the first option for Rome, and we would definitely return.

Pina is an amazing host! Very welcoming and attentive to the needs to the guests. The apartment is not part of a faceless conglomerate handling multiple properties, but a specific owner, with her full attention to your comfort during the stay. As far as the location, its near Termini, but actually same distance to Castro Pretorio (on the blue metro line), but is easier to get in and out of due to the crowds. Good launching point for heading any any direction. Wifi connectivity is not the fastest in the world, but absolutely fine for zoom remote work sessions (100 down / 80 up).

The check in and check out didn't go smooth. The apartament was noisy from the singing neighbours(yes, opera singer), which was fun at fitst, but too much at some point. No coffee machine

The bathroom was missing key toiletries even after paying so much! Hot water is not very consistent, takes time to heat and is intermittent.

The location was amazing, very central, close to the station. The host was very helpful and showed us the quickest way to explore all places and gave us excellent recommendations. The apartment is very pretty too.

We really recommend Minerva's Place. The accommodation is just perfect, close to all attractions. The appartment its very tidy, beds are very comfy and you feel like your at home. Giuseppina was so lovely and very helpful host. We would definitely stay again.
