We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBad bugs. Staff not trained. They let me change room but did not disinfected my language and clothes. Also the second room had bad bugs. Last night I slept in common area on the table because there were no more room available. They refunded me the full amount but not the medical expenses and also language and clothes disinfestation. I was really concerned to go around while they didn't care at all. They didn't have any product to spray on the trolley unbelievable. Bad bugs can happen I get that but they need to be more responsible and proactive on managing the situation. 4 days of nightmare!!!!
The staff was friendly, polite and available but not prepared and trained properly regarding the bad bugs situation.

DenmarkStaffs were not friendly. It was not clean. Was really noisy 😕 The windows were located on top of the wall and you can't look outside. We were on the third floor in a private room but it felt like a basement. The bed was not comfortable. and it was noisy as hell

RussiaThe room was small and amenities were not as smart as could be. There were some kind of cabins, but no ceiling in it and no curtains, so once someone enters the room and turn on the lights, it will definitely affects you. Also there vere a problem with the lights in the bathroom (it started to blink). All the furniture creaks, and it was quite cheap
The price was 30 eur for 1 night, that is affordable for Milano. For 1 night is okay

United KingdomIf you can pay the extra £50 a get yourself a clean Airbnb apartment. We got bedbugs even in our separate room, horrible experience, honestly regret trying to save money on a hotel or Airbnb. I guess we learn and move forward.
