The beds are made with some wood which is causing the smell in the room, but in few minutes we will get used to that smell

This is an amazing hostel, the staff over there are very friendly and they allowed me to store my luggage, the room and bed lenin are clean, I stayed in a near by hotel other day which was overrated, but Mio is truly a friendly place, I specially liked their helpfulness for luggage and stuff

A very sad and overpriced hostel, even for Milano standards. I felt immediately depressed as soon as I step into my room. They should charge at least half of what they do. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, the small windows were rusty and the walls looked dirty.

Bed bugs were there so skin issues occurred again and again. This was bad situation as I couldn't sleep well. I had to take medicines everyday but I couldn't check out since I had already paid. I asked for a refund but they didn't know respond well, even booking.com customer service didn't respond to me. This is a very disappointing experience and now I have skin issues.

The rooms aren't safe.. You can lose everything not inside your box .. I forgot my wallet inside my jeans in the room for a while and I missed it...

I lost my wallet and I am suspecting one of the roommate who has bad history .. but we can not do any thing No standard socket for someone to study inside the room beside his belongings.. so we are forced to study in the common areas like the hall..

No security Anyone of the roommates can stole everything without evidence... Because there is no lockers .. The boxes do not make sense it is under the bed and it very tough to get something from/into it ... My wallet was stolen

-no oven no microwave -no kitchen -no kitchen counter for preparing your meals. -not very secure, dont put anything in the fridge in the public area -towels are not free -they only give plastic fork and plates for your meals.

The cleaning staffs are non - challant, aggressive, dirty looking, and worst of all steal clients properties.

I GOT BITTED BY SOMETHING WHILE SLEEPING. The minimum someone can expect from a stay is leaving as arrived.. so sad, now i don't even know how am I going to feel the next days.

The staff was quite rude right from check-in. The room was not very clean- heater/ AC full of dust, dead mosquitos on the wall. People, including staff members were smoking at the window of our hallway, spreading a very unpleasant smell. I had chosen this place also for its 'free parking' which just turned out to be street parking. Overall, very expensive for what it was.

There is a bus stop right in front of the hostel as well as a metro stop reachable by less than 10min by foot.

So much noise from the street making by big cars (I slept with earplugs and I heard everything) I woke up feeling sick because there was a window in the room opened. I should have gone down after the shower to the reception and ask to close it (I did that in the morning) so maybe I wouldn't have woken up feeling sick and tired In the whole building was cold because of opened windows (I stayed there in November) Cleanliness should be better and in the garden there was a group of people that left a lot of trash, food, bottles and nobody cleaned that (I went downstairs around 2am) They should have asked if I need a towel when I was checking in
