I wasn’t told the dormitory was mixed, I had booked for a female only dormitory. Second, the light in my bed didn’t work. Third, there was NO curtain for a little privacy in each bed, I had to improvise that with a towel, which by the way I had to buy because it was not included.

Staff were lovely, location was great and very close to tram and bus stations. Lockers were spacious and easy accessible. The outdoor common area/smoking area was beautiful! Also has a 24hr reception and usb charging ports by the bed so you don’t need to bring a plug adapter.

We left this hostel day before we should have because it was awful there. The staff is not friendly. The hostel is horrible, very dirty, windows are dirty, and only 1 (out of 3) windows could be open just a little bit. The rooms are dirty, they smell badly of stale tobacco, and the air conditioning is dirty and smelly. We had a room with a private bathroom, and the bathroom was dirty - there were someone's pubic hairs on the toilet. The shower cabin was broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone, very horrible experience.

Nothing, it was dirty and I found bedbugs in my bed and had to checkout 2 days before my reservation ends with no refund, told the pharmacy nearby to get a treatment for my scars and told me it is not the first complain.

the location was alright to reach although we arrived to there before 3am due to delayed flight. 24 hours open reception is definitely made us relieved. bed was comfy. toilet was clean.

The air conditioner was moulding, the consequences of that were coughing and sneezing. Generally the atmosphere in the rooms was depressing and cramped. There was a fridge but no kettle which would have been very nice to make yourself a meal.

The showers were broken and you had to hold the shower head in your hand to shower there were only 3 showers and toilets for the whole floor. there were no sheets / blankets on the beds so it was way too cold in the middle of the night. you are not asked if you want a towel. i stayed for two nights and by the second night they had taken all my belongings away while i slept there for another night without reporting or returning it without me having to ask

Very-very-very noisy. You can hear trams and cars from the street, as well as neighbours walking in the corridor / talking at reception / opening or closing doors. Weren't able to sleep well. No european sockets in room, only in common area, the number of convertors at reception is insufficient.

Nice dining area outside in the private yard. Very close to Milano Lambrate railway station, although road passes through the not very nice tunnel with people spending night there. Also very close to Lidl supermarket.

awful location, felt very unsafe even during the day, no restuarants or cafes nearby worst thing: no kitchen facilities at all, not even a kettle or toaster and just a sink to fill water bottles from

The hostel room 301 was infested with bed bugs. I had nowhere to go at that time of night and all the hostel did was offer me another infested bed in Room 307. After sitting in reception with all my belongings with them saying I could only wait till 7am for someone else to deal with the refund, I had to leave at 2am alone to find somewhere else to sleep as dangerous as it was to be out at that time with all my things in an area that is not the safest. The hostel staff lied to get me to stop bothering them. They claimed they cancelled my booking and to get my refund through booking.com. Booking.com them claimed they would refund me asap if they reached out to the hostel and didn’t receive a reply. I have called multiple times and each time have been told I have to wait one more day. Then today booking.com backtracked on themselves and lied saying they would never agree to refund me if the hostel doesn’t reply. Where is my money?? Where is the refund both the hostel and booking.com lied and claimed I would receive? I have not slept in that accommodation a single night - what did I pay that money for? I have video proof of the hostel employees saying that I would be refunded within 7 days. The calls to booking.com claim to be recorded so show those recordings of booking.com lying about refunding me. Give me my refund immediately.

Service in the evening could not speak English well, they often did not understand me and they weren't very organized. I booked for 2 nights and since they had different dates in their system than I had at Booking.com, I had to change rooms and check out/check in for the second night. In the end, I was in the same bed as in the first night, so I don't understand why I had to check in twice. Also they wanted to charge me each night for 4€ (1 person!) and I had to discuss very long with them to explain that I already payed the night before. The beds were okay and at least I did not have bed bucks (I say that because there were older comments about bed bucks which made me afraid. The service did not know the word bed bucks so I had to use Google translater to speak with them about that topic). The bathrooms weren't very clean. No kitchen/utilities for food
