The Air conditioning in the room did not work well and it was very difficult to sleep in night during heat-wave in August. Could not open the windows of my room either. There was no common kitchen in the shared area. The cleaning of the Private room needs to get better. The number of power-outlets is limited. Just one was available in a three bedroom. A extension cord needs to be available in the private rooms. Basic facilities and I would not recommend it for families with children planning to stay for more than one night. The path from train station to the Hostel is also deserted and dark and would not recommend for travel in the night after 10pm in this locality.

Hostel with basic facilities. I think it is convenient for one or two nights stay. Around 5 mins from Milan Lambrate Train station. Suitable for students and couples. Shared bathroom and toilets are quite clean. However it needs to get improved.

The hostel is correct. The bathroom and the bedrooms are average. Milan is an expensive city and this hotel is a good option to save money.

There was only 2 sockets in the room and they weren't the usual EU plugs so I had to search for a place that sold them.

Beyond the remit of the property: The way from the metro/train station is through a narrow, dark, graffiti-painted tunnel. Nothing happened when I passed, of course, but maybe to consider for single female travelers arriving at night.

Don't understand the bad previous ratings. It is a hostel and you get what you pay for. Having said that: The dorm had a working aircon. The mattress was comfortable. The sheets were sparkling clean. The shower was warm and steady. Wifi was stable. The place is open 24/7. It is nearby the metro/train station.

I miss a kitchen... Microwave or fridge. You can see it's an old building.

Location is okay. They keep you the luggage after check out, what is very useful if you spend the day in Milan before your flight.

They should install some curtains to give people some privacy. The boxes to keep luggage are big and heavy and you need to drag them out, which is noisy and can block the way for other people.

Check in was fast and easy and the staff was friendly. Good location close to the metro. The area looks a bit dodgy at night but I didn't experience any issues. Bathroom and showers were clean, albeit a bit tiny. Room was quiet at night but a bit stuffy even with the window open.

The design and functionality of the locker, as well as the design and functionality of my bed. The light at the bed did not function. It was annoying to open the doors of the room because they did not work properly either.

Some communal areas of the hostel could do with updating or modernising (such as reception and showers). Also the doors are quite loud when they shut, this didn’t bother me but I can imagine it could annoy some people!

The room was generally quite nice - it was clean and everything worked fine. I also liked the privacy of the beds and the small shelf above them. The size of the lockers was also good. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The staff is a bit stern. Didn't respond to requests. No kitchen. The lights didn't work and switch boards didn't work the last day. Maybe I'm the only person who got affected. Everyone else's was fine

The room I got my first day was not clean infact it was smelly. The furniture was also smelly in the first room. Then I asked them to change but they were full, somehow after a lot of requests they changed my room next day. That room was clean and furniture was also not smelly.

Wasn't too much room to get the larger under bed lockers out sometimes due to the rooms being narrow with all the beds in, so often had to move other people's shoes or lockers out of the way, then also blocked people getting to their beds while you were sorting your locker. Thought staff, although they did nothing wrong or anything, could be a bit more positive and smiley but not a criticism as such, no issue to me. Overall it was basic and was what I required, so it did a job, nothing special. Have stayed in far better and far worse.

Good location not far from a metro/train station to connect with the rest of the city, whilst equally being away from the loudness of outside, few shops nearby for supplies. Comfortable beds, lamps and usb were good, and the lockers under the bed which came with key fobs were a really good touch, without having to pay extra, so good peace of mind for leaving belongings. Good price considering time of year. Outside area seemed good but I didn't really utilise, and the showers/toilets were good enough. Also good air con in room, 30 degrees in August and was cold the first night so it did its job!

The only thing I didn't like was the bed, which was way to hard for me.

The location of the hostel was good, close to the metro station and to the bus, very clean. Loved the coffee machine downstairs as well as the lounge. AC worked properly.

Milan its not a cheaper city and Mio was the cheaper , clean and good review. There is metro and bus station to the town ( to walk is kind of 1 h ) Each bed is possible to charge your phone , but there wasnt the type for iphone . ;(

As expected, the location is quite far from the center, but close to Lambrate metro station, so the centre is a quick metro ride away.

For the price very nice hostel, we got a private room for our group and there are a lot of bathrooms per floor
