The building is old and run-down.

The 4 bed dorm was good and clean, with a safebox and signs all over the place reminding people about good practices while staying in a hostel.

The bed was sinking to the middle, the showers didn't seem very clean, and the space felt odd, with super high ceilings, and huge passageways, but not in a good sense.

The space was mostly empty and the location was near a train and subway station.

Beds are on the hard side but functional. Some evening noises like trains etc. can be heard, but faintly, it might keep the light sleeper awake a little longer than usual.

We stayed in the twin room, so it was private and quiet with our own bathroom. Enough space, clean and practical. A short walk to a metro station and busses and trams pass by on the street where the property is located at. Has a great little Italian restaurant right next to it and a pharmacy 50 meters away, very convenient!

Had bed bug bites after staying one night. The air conditioner next to the bed was really loud and struggled to sleep - if you are sensitive to sound. Bed was ok, not the best not the worse.

The room was good value for money. It was a big room and our own shower room. It was close to the metro station and has public transport near by to travel around, although a bit far to walk by foot from central station.

For a hostel to have no kitchen available to use, no fridges, but a communal dining area? Also there were signs saying you can use the cutlery and plates, but none anywhere to be seen. Just no effort made in terms of communal space at all, which is quite important for a hostel IMO. The location is really close to a train station and tram line but SO far away from the main centre and in a really dodgy looking area, and the staff take ages to open the doors when you buzz - i had to buzz 3 times on one occasion

No blankets There was a crazy guy in the room for 6 people so 4 girls even had to leave in the middle of the night because it looked unsafe to stay there. I was very afraid to stay with him but I guess there was no options because I talked to the receptionist and he didn't take actions. That guy was talking while sleeping, cursing and even hitting the wall, it was quite scary. Also the lock on the bathroom did not work so I had to use another bathroom. And that crazy guy used the toilet in the morning with a door widely open. OMG. I think the hostel should check their guests properly to avoid weird or dangerous people stay there.

Due to these 2 aspects I couln't sleep well in the night and I didnt like it. 1. Although the bed sheets were super clean it felt always some small bug was biting. I woke up couple of times due to this. Although when you switch on the lights nothing happens I'm sure there are bed bugs 2. The windows were open(even though the ac was on). So everytime a vehicle passed in he night there was sound.

The room was excellent and to be honest it exceeded my expectations. It was super clean as well and there was a big and fancy locker to store my luggage.

The area was abit abandoned and had nowhere to eat around it. So we had to takeaway basically everyday we were there if we didn't want to go into downtown Milan.

The room was amazing, it was large and the toilet was clean. Me and my GF really loved the fact that it was right next to the metro and the train station so we could go anywhere.

Well it wasn't really clean in there. In bathroom on 1st floor people were leaving their shaved hair in the sink. Also people were smoking in this batroom. It wasn't nice. Rooms feels like it's psyhiatric hospital.

the bed and pillow were a little bit hard for me and there was a whole on my bed sheet ,shared toilet is not very clean,but still,the price is good, so these problems really don’t matter much

On the ground floor you can hear people outside the window if someone is sitting on the terrace.

Nice room, clean. For an overnight stay for one or two nights. Near the subway! The air conditioner is working. If you do not wait from the hotel level, then there are no questions.

The AC doesn’t work well,so I felt hot at night,couldn’t sleep well. My roommate a old women naked in the room and moved my stuff.(I know it’s not Hostel problem) Bathroom need to improve!

Out of room showers would get hot, but rooms with in-room showers were good enough temperature wise, would have to hold it or prop it up in a DIY fashion.

Good WiFi, despite their cheap look the wood boards gave a little privacy to your bed, great air-con - really nice storage under the beds that had magnetic locks with your keys. Huge communal area with two outside parts as well. Close to metro station and Lambrate train station, no need to stop in central Milan before checking in, can leave your bags there.

There weren't a lot of showers and toilets, and in the showers the showerhead had to be held by hand. But these are minor points.

Actually quite a nice hostel. It might look a bit old-fashioned on the inside, but the rooms are great, with great beds with great privacy and with personal lockers that were very large and useful. The showers and toilets were clean. Location fine: the city centre was easy to reach by public transport and there was a supermarket (Lidl) around the corner. Especially good considering the price.
