No AC in the room. Also you can leave your stuff till 9pm free of charge, what I didn’t like, they are just hanging in the lobby so basically anyone can take it and no one check if you even taking your own baggage.

There is no amenities. They didn't even provide single bottle water. There is no kettle to make tea or coffee. Only vending machine coffee available.

I arrived at in the evening and didn´t feel entirely safe walking alone from the metro. The average age of the guests seemed a bit older since a lot of people in my room were actually living there for a longer period of time. There were no seperate sinks for brushing your teeth etc. except the one in the actual toilets, which weren´t super clean. All in all an ok hostel if you need to save up but wouldn´t necessarily recommend it.

Stayed here for one night during Easter weekend so every place was quite expensive, this hostel was a budget friendly option. The beds were quite comfy and I had a fine experience.

The room is close to street and it has poor soundproof, therefore it’s very likely to hear lots of noise from the street and from corridor.

It has clean and comfortable beds. A mirror in the room with free, stable Wi-Fi connection. Staffs are friendly and easygoing. Location is alright with easy access to metro line and buses.

Nothing included, a lot of old and dirty rooms, at least bed was clean. Region itself looks criminal, especially at night No shampoo, a lot of broken facilities. People are smoking in the toilets, the smell in all parts is horrible.

People out drinking in the social area until the early hours and were not approached by staff to turn in for the evening. We had a room with a private bathroom and the facilities could do with a little TLC. An emergency alarm was also set off at 10pm and was not dealt with for at least half an hour, at which point another guest did everyone a favour by busting said alarm

The beds were comfy and reception are able to print things out for you free of charge. Reception also has someone on it 24/7. Two minute walk from a train station which itself is only a 5 minute journey to Milan central

the walls are quiet thin

the property have elevator and many bathrooms, the reception is good and they have a lot social zones to share but the walls is very thin and in the nights the sound out could be annoying

May not be the best for winter as the room was a little cold. May not be the best for light sleepers since some rooms face the street and you can hear guests in the hallway.

Location was great, about 7 minute walk to the metro but lots of bus stops nearby. The facilities were good and well maintained. I loved that the room was very spacious and comfortable. Good value for money

Some creep kept going around the corridor and making distressing advances towards girls. He followed me to the toiled and waited till I got out, that was honestly terrifying. My friends told me, he knocked on our door while I was gone looking for a toilet, but I can hardly believe that story. So yeah all good but watch out for creeps. And it's difficult to find a parking spot, especially for people not used to Italian... driving habits

Very nice and kind and helpful personnel, 11/10 give them a raise!!! Everyone has been nothing but absolutely kind and understanding. The rooms were good for sleeping and going on touring the city, obviously not 5* hotel, but ideal for getting some sleep, close to the station

No switch for charging on my bed it was on upper side of bumper bed. The ladder was so uncomfortable as well. They only gave old USB ports to charge. Lower beds had switches but they didnt give me lower bed even on request. Bathroom were average. The location was so far from center that ruined my experience. Staff was also not concerned much, i mentioned i cant charge and they said you can use common room. Switches were old style most of standard EU plug couldnt go, had to ask for a special plug to make it work and even for that they kept a deposit. So many hurdles to have a 1 day stay for which i paid a lot of money.

It's a hostel in a terrible location, with no air conditioning, and the decor is terrible. I didn't feel comfortable. Plus, the people who stay there are incredibly weird. They don't have a ramp for large suitcases
