Perfect location near train & bus stations. Despite the busy street windows are well soundproofed Clean, comfy, and within walking distance to the old town. Friendly staff and owner Luca was incredibly helpful. Thank you - we'd love to stay again!

Great location near the train station/bar and 15-20 min from the Duomo. Right next to the hotel there is a vending machine for drinks - water, soft drinks, beer. Clean room with a terrace overlooking the sea. Comfortable bed. We stayed two nights and despite the short stay we had the room cleaned, the trash can taken out. There is a shared terrace with tables and garden furniture, a hammock, a common room for breakfast and making tea/coffee. Easy self-check-in with detailed instructions. Luca is very responsive.

Loved everything, Luca the host was fantastic, facilities including use of a tea room and outdoor area was great. Location was just perfect for what we needed and sitting on our balcony at night overlooking the piazza was special.

Our stay in this accommodation was fantastic! The place was exceptionally clean, which was truly impressive given that the building is quite old. The housekeeping staff were incredibly polite and meticulous, ensuring everything was spotless throughout our stay. Luca was extremely helpful and accommodating, always available for anything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Catania. The only downsides were some noise from the street and the sound of a washing machine from a neighboring room, which could be a bit disturbing at times. Overall, an excellent experience, especially for those who value cleanliness and great service!

A wonderful find and excellent value for money. It's very close to the station (600m easy walk). The weather was atrocious, which meant I was in the Hotel more than I anticipated. I really appreciated the coffee room, where I could made a decent cup of tea. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are restaurants right on the door step. I would 100% recommend the hotel.

I had an excellent experience at this location in Catania. The location is extremely convenient, very close to the main tourist attractions and within easy reach of the train station. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor terrace was also a big plus for me – a wonderful spot to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Catania!

All the grafitti on the buildings in Catania. This place was advertised as a B&B but there was no breakfast in the sitting area. Just coffee. Maybe there was an extra fee for breakfast? No big deal, there was a great place to get food and a cofee around the corner.

The room was nice. The staff were lovely. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony. It was a short walk to the town center and there were great restaurants and aechaeological sites everywhere.

a Shuttle to the airport had been requested, and the shuttle service didn't show up at the right time and let us know later they had forgotten about us.... Thanks to the Downstairs cafe that was kind enough to call us a taxi.

The room was slightly noisy since the building is situated on a big roundabout. We were aware of that, so it is not a complaint. We decided that it would be safer to stay in a lively area in Catania to feel safer.

The place is in a perfect location. The building is next to the sea and the rooms have a nice view. The area is lively and thus looks safe. We were there with a rent-a-car and the host suggested a good parking for EUR 10/night. It was 7-8 mins walking distance from the place. The host Luc was amazing. He got in contact with us in advance. He gave us useful tips and replied to our questions very quickly. We arrived a little late and he organized self-check-in at no extra cost. The access to the place is straightforward. The room was very nice. It was spotless and the ladies cleaned it every day. The breakfast options were also good and it was very convenient for us. The place has a terrace garden which was nice for relaxing and having you morning coffee.

Mattress was a little bit hard for our liking, though this is rather common in Italy.

Very cosy b&b close to the train station and bus station in Catania. Easy access and close to everything, lots of shops, restaurants, cafés, etc. nearby. Nice room with a sea view, and well isolated so we weren't bothered by noises even though it's close to a main road. They have a really nice terrace/fenced back yard with hammocks, bean bags, chairs and tables if one wants to relax outside, this made the place extra special as we hadn't expected that. 😀 Communication was excellent all the way and Giulia was a very friendly and helpful host.

Tell people ahead of time there is a 4 Euro tax that has to be paid on top of the CC charge on checkin.

The mattresses were pretty firm and need a better blanket. Unfortunately very loud on our night stay there Sept 9. Fireworks right outside hotel At Midnight and loud people in lobby around 2AM. We had to leave for airport 430AM.
