Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent one night stay at this place which is just a stone throwaway from the Pisa. The staff were extremely friendly and even moved his car so we could park upfront of the hotel. Breakfast was good as well.

Very nice small hotel. Very clean and well equipped. A very adequate breakfast. A little of the beaten track and adjacent to a main road.

Closed parking would have been really a plus.
Near the center, yet in a rather quiet area. Nicely renovated house and helpful staff. Excellent also to explore the surroundings of Pisa by car.

Our room was an adapted attic so the ceiling was very low for a 1.82m height person like me that had to always walk curved to avoid hitting the head. It would be good if this was mentioned in the room description.
As other reviews already mentioned, it’s a very short walk to the tower, close to amenities and restaurants. Staff is exceptional, everything very clean and new! Definitely recommend!

The staff ( Ciara) was exceptional,she was nice and helpful every time, order a taxi to the airport for us and answered all our questions. The location is exceptional, just about 5 minutes from the Tower and about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport.

The hotel is fairly new, so clean and modern. It is very conveniently located for visiting the main sights in Pisa, which are within a comfortable walking distance from the hotel.

Well presented room with all the amenities that you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great to see the leaning tower. Host recommended a restaurant associated with the property which was excellent.

100% on every level.. Highly recommended.. Beautiful hotel in perfect location for Leaning Tower and all the sights of Pisa. Very near big coach park where you can get buses to many locations. Our room was beautiful with lovely terrace for relaxing. Fabulous bathroom, great decor throughout, very comfy bed with top quality bedding, high tech room, great breakfast made even more enjoyable by the lovely Chiara and her sunny personality. Thanks to the owner Elio for making us so welcome. Would recommend this hotel 100%....we stayed 5 nights.... Excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

Clean, well-run hotel with small but well-designed rooms. Staff are friendly, the (continental) breakfast is decent (nice cakes!) and there is a useful fridge full of drinks by reception. Rooms have safe, fridge & kettle. There is a small courtyard outside for breakfast if it is fine. It's 20-25 euros for a cab from/to the airport. The duomo, tower etc are 5-10 min walk but there's plenty of other stuff to see in Pisa. The town centre is 15-20 min and the main station about 30 min walk. There's a laundrette & a big supermarket on the other side of the main road about 5 min walk.

we paid 150 euros for 1 night and that's quite pricey for a 3 star hotel, however it was value for money given all the plus points. Breakfast was quite basic but perfectly good enough and good expresso and cappuccino!
great location to visit the leaning tower, approx 10 min walk. The hotel is very accessible by car and has a number of free parking spots outside the door that was a nice bonus. Reception was super helpful and helpful with advice on tickets to visit tower and info on surrounding area. Room very modern and super clean although the hotel is only 3 star, the rooms are 5 star!

Great location, 200m from main historical places in Pisa, 10min walk from station Pisa Rossore, near bus stop with direct bus to station Pisa Centrale. Modern furnuture in room and bath. Great breakfast. Also there is an elevetor in hotel despite of only 3 floor building.

The only difficult part was my mum is disabled in a wheelchair and the front of the building is hard to get to in terms of the road and pavement outside.
Very modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The beds are really comfy and the showers are powerful. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The part that it is in feels a bit gritty. It is right beside a very busy road, although we never heard any traffic noise
Modern and fresh, great rooms and lovely beds and air conditioning. Some lovely design aspects. It is close to the world UNESCO site. Very clean and warm welcome.
