Even though it is well equipped, the flat is far too small to cook and eat there we didn't have a table. It's a pity we didn't get to meet anyone, we only got already prepared text messages/videos which made the whole experience very impersonal.

Very well decorated place. The space is well used: tiny but efficient. Everything you need is there. Very comfortable, very well situated. Smooth check in and check out. Great communication with good advice. Ideal for a short get away in Catania.

There is no door between the two rooms. The bathroom didnt have ventilation. The neighbourhood was a bit scary and felt unsafe.

Didn’t expect stairs so with me being pregnant it wasn’t great. Also annoying not being able to flush toilet paper into the toilet. Location was 12min walk from the city center but the neighborhood didn’t feel too safe (we even found a bullet in the street our second morning).

That it was placed in the headquarters of the town where it seemed a little dangerous to walk alone at night, although nothing happened. Also, the wi-fi and tv did not work because of the cable from the street, not because of the host. The host was great! We had a problem with the shower in the bathroom, but the host helped us and we thank her!

That it was clean, that I could be in touch with the host anytime and the place looked nice and cozy. It was near the city center and the beach. You can take a bus to the beach. The host was great, she took us from the airport and got us to the airport! Choose this location for a city-break!

- The supermarkt and bus station, for example to Taormina, weren't close by. - Unfortunately, we expected more from the breakfast and household supplies (as we booked an appartement with breakfast). There was mold on the Jam, and only chocopasta was left. - The neighbourhood was very loudly at night with barking dog(s) and loud cat(s) to be able to sleep. - The people in the neighbourhood were kind, but in the evening we didn't feel completely save from walking back to apartment. - All in all, the price quality ratio was okay but we expected more regarding the reviews we have read.

- The host was very kind and we had good contact via WhatsApp! - The appartement was 20 minutes walk from the city and 10 minutes with the Uber to airport. - The apartment is cute, had great balcony and good working airco. - The neighbor lady we very nice.

the location of the apartment is like from a series about a bad harbor area: a garbage dump and a slum are nearby; apartment was not clean; breakfest - cup of cofe on a strange bar.

Not much really. Stairs leading upstairs a bit narrow so need to leave suitcase on ground level but not a problem.

The property is nicely decorated with a wonderful welcome basket. A great extra of a bathtub upstairs. Nice balcony and courtyard with friendly neighbours.

Host doesn't speak English, but communicates actively via WhatsApp. The street is not the cleanest, but the accommodation is so it can be a shock.

Close to both city centre and beach, calm and quiet. Nice neighbours trying to help you and recommend stuff. Overall the experience was great, for a new accommodation we were more than happy with our stay.

The so-called 'Quadruple Deluxe' is actually a small apartment with no doors between kitchen/dining/living area and bedroom. Bathroom is separate. I deliberately selected THREE BEDS, for my two kids and me, but this place has only two beds - one double and one sofabed. When I queried/complained, the 'host' (professional accommodation manager Rita) said it is clear from the photos there are only 2 beds. The sofabed can be extended to a small double, but it would still mean two of us sharing a bed. I do not want to share a bed with my children on holiday, much though I love them, and they do not want to share a bed with each other! This listing is being manipulated cynically. When you select 3 beds in Booking.com's filters, you expect 3 beds, not 'enough beds for 3 people'. Rita argued there were only 3 of us, but that's not the point; the room claims to be a quadruple, and its listing says 3 beds. It has two TVs, and a hot tub in the bedroom(!), but no third bed. Furthermore, the 'breakfast' they boast about is a couple of cheap croissants. No coffee, only 'orzo' coffee substitute. Also, we arrived late in the evening with two tired children, and had to listen to the neighbours 'crying toddler and loud TV at 22:00 . A wafer-thin locked door separates this place from the neighbours. Fed up, I knocked on the connecting door, and called through it, which thankfully brought the TV volume down. This setup seems unfair on both of sides though. Also, a drain smell permeates the place. Kitchen has no knives weirdly. Anyway, annoyed after a protracted WhatsApp exchange with Rita, I decided we would leave the next morning. I booked an alternative, which we loved and I can recommend (A&G Apartment). Rita couldn't provide any refund, so I postponed our checkout until18:00 when we wanted to go to our next accom. I'll be damned if I was going to let them sell our room twice for the same night.

It was okay, but completely mis-sold, and I feel pretty hacked off and scammed.
