The hotel is beautiful, spacious, clean and has excellent spa facilities. The food was delicious and the location was conveniently walking distance to the slope.

They meant it when they said they were a wellness hotel. Service was great throughout with great attention to details to ensure you make the most out of your time in the Dolomites. The Spa facilities were superb and great for days when the weather doesn't hold up for a hike.

I liked everything

In Hotel Monika the people is warm. I was impressed with the gourmet food, different every day and delicious. On the local food day even local live music accompanied dinner. The food was so perfect that every flavor could be tasted, with no overpowering, it was like a feast in your mouth. The presentation was impecable, and they even set the table with white gloves. You are given the right amount of time to enjoy every plate and for a fixed affordable price. Best pork and best gnocchi I have ever had. No need to try other restaurant in the area. Enjoyed meeting the owner who was present every day throughout the hotel. Is a wonderful place to stay with impeccable taste.

There’s absolutely nothing to complain about

Everything, and that’s the first time I say this about a hotel. The nice staff, the personal attention of the owner, the wellness offers, the amazing food, the beautiful location, the beautiful room, the little details all around the hotel. And this is rare to find.

Nothing - this hotel was truly perfect.

The staff was excellent, the owner Alessandro, was always on-site and took care of each guest personally. We strongly recommend the full board: each evening dinner was excellent and service impeccable. The spa, pools, massage rooms are clean, not busy, and tidy. But again, while the amenities are great, the experience was superlative because of the staff.

We had a great stay there, the facilities meeting the expectations. Two pools, big sauna with view to the mountains, the heated pool was amazing to stay in, while looking at the Dolomites. Dinner can be booked for 35€ and it’s a 5 course meal, no a la cart.

Hotel Monika is a place to spend two weeks for a real holiday with hiking or skiing in the mountains and relaxation in the hotel. The food was exceptionally good, and the hotel discreetly and extremely friendly and forthcoming. It is an expensive place though.

Clean, well located (it was walking distance to a beginner slope , great spa facilities, very friendly and communicative staff. They went above and beyond to make the stay a comfortable one. The food was really another level with great variety, use of fresh and organic ingredients where possible. Also love the little treats and activities provided to guests throughout the day.

I loved everything!

I spent five magical days at Hotel Monika and did not want to leave! I've stayed at many 5-star resorts and Hotel Monika tops my list. It's the perfect balance of luxury and "coziness" without pretentiousness. From the moment you check-in, you feel welcome and pampered. The hotel's spa facilities are absolutely wonderful. I spent hours in the outdoor infinity pool enjoying the majestic mountain views. The sauna, indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room are all 5-star: clean, peaceful and spacious. The meals at the hotel are top-notch and better than many 5-star restaurants I've been to. I had the 5-course menu every night of my stay and I was astounded by the quality and presentation of food each and every time. The staff is very professional and friendly and as a solo traveler, they made feel comfortable and at home every single day. And I can't say enough about the owner, Alexander who greets the guests every evening personally and serves them delicious bread. He is truly the most gracious host and gentleman. And the lovely Albin at reception will answer all your questions and help you with whatever you need. He even gave me a lift to the train station! Hotel Monika is so fabulous that I almost want to keep it a secret for myself. Go there and stay as many days as you can. You will love it!
