We loved everything about this property. Our apartment (number 2) was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped (including an excellent coffee machine) and we liked the way in which breakfast provisions were left for us in our room each day, so that we could have breakfast at our leisure. The terrace and garden were a lovely place to while away some time, with splendid views. Our hosts gave us the warmest of welcomes and couldn’t be more helpful, eg by recommending nearby restaurants, and things to see and do. Highly recommended!

Super clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful terrace with a view and kind owners; we absolutely loved everything. I totally recommend for a cute trip in the heart of tuscany. Its easy to reach to the wine tastings nearby.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, we would love to have more typical tuscany itens. Maybe reduce the number of cookies, packaged croissants, packaged jam, and include more traditional, local flavours.

It’s only very little - wifi is not that good in your room but it worked great if you went outside.. which was nice 2 sit & take the view in ..

We had the most amazing stay here , our hosts were so lovely 😊 they were happy to help in anyway… Great location it was , we walked into the beautiful town everyday .. great restaurants & an awesome winery that was walking distance… the breakfast was a great treat & to sit out in the courtyard was a bonus…

Great property in a good location, only 5-10 mins walk to the main square. Excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. Good selection for breakfast which was replaced every day. Friendly hosts who live on site and available when needed. Greve is a lovely town with plenty of good restaurants. An ideal base to visit beautiful Tuscany. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location for a stay in Greve. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts are friendly and provided a moderate breakfast of meat and cheese and coffee pods every day. The kitchenette is a great asset to prepare your own meals. The backyard has seating and tables with and great view of the Tuscan countryside. Easy walk to town, bike rentals just at the bottom of the hill. We would definitely stay here again.

Are you kidding me. It was all great.

Gabriele and Sabrina are awesome. Being in the lodging business for years I can say they set the bar when it comes to friendliness and customer service. They take care of you. Always ask them "Where's the best (Fill in the blank)" and they will be happy to tell you. They were 100% awesome on all recommendations. Do stop by La Cantina and meet Alessandro. The Apt. had a decent continental breakfast stocked and restocked daily. All the basics you need O.J. Yogurt, Cereal, jam, bread, mixed salami and prosciutto, Kureg Style Coffee Maker with the little pre-measured cups. An American style Mr. Coffee type coffee maker (You'll nee to bring your American Coffee with you). Apt. #3 marvelous panorama of te Tuscan Hills, Very nie patio area, a place to sit after a day trip, sipping the most elegant local Chianti

Only one window facing another building so room was a little dark. Would have been nice to have some shampoo and shower gel in the room.

Perfect location near town and also on road that circles around past medieval village Montefioralle. Hosts are attentive, easy to contact, breakfast food provided in room. All the necessary supplies to cook in our suite including oil. Very clean, quite and comfortable.

Great location in Greve in Chianti. The room was clean and well organised. We loved the idea of having all the necessary for breakfast in our room. Really nice to seat outside for breakfast. Sabrina, the owner, was lovely and really accommodating. Highly recommended.

Nothing really. Its a bit of a walk to town, but entirely doable.

This property provided everything we needed. It was a different room to the one depicted in the advertisement, but nevertheless comfortable. After mostly staying in accommodation that only offered a room, it was nice to have a little kitchenette where we could prepare our own things and sit down and eat. Breakfast ingredients were supplied each day to assist with this. The bathroom was also fairly spacious which we enjoyed, a feature which we discovered was not always available in many places. The view from the property in lovely. A patio provided the ability to enjoy this. An honest bar facility was also a nice addition to the customer service.

The room we had was a cellar with the only window looking out on to people's feet. The bathroom was very small with the toilet 4 cm from the wall. The hot water took ages to get warm and only 2 satchels of liquid soap were provided for a day that was enough for half body shower. The AC was programmed to go no lower than 25 C and it switched itself off after an hour. This ment that the room was always Stuffy. The breakfast consisted of all long life products. No fresh breakfast products whatsoever. We had booked for 4 days but left after 2 due to the inadequacy of the accommodation.

Breakfast consisted from all long shelf life and processed products: all packaged bread, cookies, cereal. It was 2 slices of cheapest cheese and 4 slices of salami. No fresh breakfast products what so ever. I never eat packaged and processed food , so except coffee and tea we never are breakfast in the room. Secondly: July is a very hot month in Tuscany it was 105-114 F every day. We took a lot of showers. Only 2 small satchels of soap was provided for a day that was enough for half body one shower. I asked the owner for more but he said 2 a day for a couple so we ended up going to the supermarket and buying the soap. Towels changed only every 3 days. However if you take so many showers it’s not enough time to fully dry , so towels smelled terrible . Our bed sheets never changed in a week stay. Another huge issue was with AC. As I already said it was very hot and the AC in the room was programmed for 22-23C and locked so you cannot adjust is to a cooler temp. Every day the room cleaned and stuff turned off the AC so we came back to the room in the evening and it was very hot. Also the blowing was adjusted to a minimum. Those were huge issues for us during the stay
