Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everyone in the hotel was very kind and helpful. It was clean and very nice decorated. Its location is not so close to the center but it has tram lines that you can get to the city center and the stop is just outside of the hotel. We recommend it.

Wi-Fi connection is complicated to set up, but once you reach out to the reception is sorted easy.

it was a little further away from things than i would have liked, and the public transport options were a little limited since it wasn't central. but it wasn't really that big of a deal since i just wanted to sleep there.
comfortable beds, quiet hotel, clean amenities, and comfy couches in the front! it was easy to find, and it was located near a commercial area that helped me get necessities i forgot to buy.

Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the 24-hour reception was super convenient. It's 5 km from downtown, but the tram right in front made getting around easy. Loved the well-equipped gym. Highly recommend!

Next to a busy road so could hear lots of traffic through the night

We enjoyed staying in the hotel. Our room was well-equipped and very calm. The hotel is on a tram line about 20 minutes from the city center. A shopping center just across the street helped a lot.

One thing I particularly liked in the past was the convenience of having cold cans of water in the small fridge near the reception area

Location is not perfect, a bit far from the city center, but just in front of a tram line stop, so not too bad.
Bedroom was big and comfortable, nice modern bathroom. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Very nice breakfast. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Hotel Morfeo is an exquisite and beautiful hotel. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. The gym is clean, well-organized, and equipped with a variety of machines. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a large shopping mall nearby.

The rooms weren't perfectly cleaned.
Nice hotel. Tram stop is in front of the hotel which is very practical. The staff was super helpful and we were allowed to store our luggage for a short time after our check out at the hotel so that we could still enjoy our time in the city.
