Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bar / restaurant doesn’t have fresh food options, the waiters are inefficient - drinks and food take too long to make. Fitness could be bigger - at least the floor part for stretching.
I like the abundance of quirky board games and breakfast options.

Sleek design, they thought of every convenience including a variety of onsite food and snack options. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was spacious.

Nothing. I loved this hotel! Just if you wish to travel in and out of Milan center, then the location is a bit far, but train station is 5 minutes away and cab ride in is about 10 minutes. Still Good!
The location is perfect for a quick stay over. Facilities are of high standard and the staff are the best! Room has everything you need and very comfy! Honestly, nothing to complain about!

Obviously you cannot beat the location if you look something close to the airport. We - family of 4 - had 6 suitcases and was worried that we will still need to order the taxi but seriously the road was super easy and comfy, so we just did it on foot easily. The bar is nice and they even had the entertainment area which was shabby :) but the overall experience was really good

The outside area wasn't clean. The sound isolation could be better, we could hear both, concerts/ parties from Circolo Magnolia and planes flying in and out.
The location was great for our intended purpose - we came for a concert at Circolo Magnolia, but also had the posibility to explore Milan as Metrowas available nearby. It was also convenient that the reception was available 24/7, as my friend flew in late at night. The reception doubles as a bar, which is also handy when you don't want to look around for a place to have a drink at.

Meals could be extended for late arrivals - bearing in mind the airport location and the work travellers. Staff can give a more warm welcome. Orientation/direction tips from the airport/metro to the hotel area.
Soundproof with no airplane noise. Bed was very comfortable. Room was well cleaned and optimized for current day and age needs. Fitness center. Decoration of the lounge space.
