These are not remarks or complaints, I'm just sharing a few things as feedback. To enter the building (there is no person to greet you) you have to register online, take a photo of your passport and data, and then you get a link to access via a phone to control the doors. Entry and exit for the outer door of the building, as well as for the apartment itself and the room, is done via your mobile phone. This was unexpected because the code from Booking does not work, but there is another 3-digit code to control the doors online. But in practice, if you have a phone, internet and battery, everything works. You have to pay the tourist tax upon departure - 7 euros for two, but if you don't have cash to leave, you can pay with a link that will be sent. Communication is fast via WhatsApp.

No complaints about cleanliness and amenities. We had a coffee machine and two capsules, a refrigerator with two bottles of water, a few small packages of dry snacks. The cleanliness is on point, towels are available, shampoo. Neat furnishings. TV and online program. Everything is as in the photo and in the description. Everything in the apartment is tidy and this helped to make our stay in the city worry-free. Thank you! *A big plus is that there is a large Aldi grocery store 2 minutes from the hotel and if you want to continue the evening with a bottle of wine or Italian cheese and candies - the prices are great in this store. ;)

Some difficulty pre-registering for online keyless entry system. Never saw host or other guests.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room with balcony on inner courtyard. Has elevator access. Perfect location near the arena and other attractions.

I loved everything about My Place, it was the most comfortable accommodation of my 4 week holiday so far. The supplies and snacks were wonderful and appreciated, the bedroom was sosoooo comfortable, the bathroom a great size and modern and clean. The location of the apartment was sensational, being right beside the Arena, the Hop on and Off Bus and the main Piazza Bra.

Location of the property was great but apartment was smaller than expected and instead of two beds we had one bed in the room. Coffee machine was not working properly either. But overall due to its location we enjoyed our stay.

Not enough towels, despite having asked the staff and not getting any extra. Good door system but wondering if it’s safe, it gives the impression to get hacked very easily. We got wrong information about city taxes to pay in the room, luckily we checked the email booking confirmation.

Great solution close to the city center. Small surface but comfortable. Good electronic door system allowing you to go around without carrying keys.

Very comfortable and clean in a new and aesthetically pleasing and quiet environment. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, good aircon, and snacks left for us. Centrally located. Excellent and helpful communication with Magda, even late at night when we needed a taxi.

Our room was lovely with a beautiful window and balcony, and a view of the old wall. The location is excellent for exploring the old city and also having amenities such as an Aldi very close by. There is also parking very close.

The property is very clean and comfy. I had an experience with many apartments, this one for sure one of the best. The host is extremely nice and helpful, the location is very central, very recommended. We stay with a toddler, he liked the stay as well :).

Very organized and clean and very comfortable space! Magda was super helpful and a super host!! Everything was great and the location is very close to the city center. Check in and out are digital and access is card-less and very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend!

It is a small space, just a bedoom area and bathroom. Great for the location but we found that appartments with kitchen facilities suits us better.

Just outside the old city wall, it was a stones throw to the Roman areana and close to the piazzas. Easy to wall to everything. Plus it had an elevator, no hauling heavy cases up stairs. The bathroon was bright and modern and the A/C worked perfectly.

We stayed in a new and very clean apartment located next to the center, allowing us to visit everything on foot. We appreciated that the apartment was well-equipped with all the necessities. The coffee machine was a great advantage, and having small snacks available was perfect. The host was nice and easy to contact.

The property was in an excellent location, the host was very helpful and prompt with precise instructions. The Hotel had a elevator so it was easy with the luggage, the room was a decent size and the bathroom quite large.

The instructions that are everywhere make feel us like be in school or job 🤣🤣🤣. That will be useful the apartment has a chair or a clothes hanger.

Great place near the arena. The room is quiet and comfortable. I was impressed by the entirely electronic check-in and lock management. Basically, I used a link that was sent to my phone along with a code to open the door to the street, the door to the apartment and the door to my room.

A little bit of outside noise but to be expected due to the location. It did not impact on our stay at all.
