We simply loved our apartment in Naples. Top floor of the building so amazing views from the wrap around balcony both of the city, the port and over to Vesuvius and the coast towards Sorrento. We had the family apartment and it was spacious, beautifully furnished and very well maintained. Bed very comfortable and extras like espresso machine, drinks in the fridge etc were very welcome. The huge terrace has good outdoor furniture where a wonderful breakfast is served by Sergio the owner. What could be nicer than sitting in the sun looking out over the water eating a delicious breakfast. But the icing on the cake was Sergio himself who really is the host with the most! A delightful person, nothing is too much trouble. He will give great advice as to where to eat, what to visit, how to get there etc. It was like having your own personal PA. We’ve travelled all over the world and never met anyone who has been so helpful and generous with his time. Can’t recommend My View Guest House and Sergio enough… just go! You won’t regret it.

Great location with walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. It was nice to have breakfast in the room while watching Naples from the 16th floor. Easy access to parking. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Sergio the host was very kind and helpful.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Everything has exceeded our expectations.

Our stay in Sergio's apartment was out of this world. He is the most wonderful host you could have wished for and his apartment is breathtaking. He went extra miles to make sure we feel welcome. Breakfast was sooooo lovely and the position of the apartment is just wow. Grazie mille del cuore! We will be back for sure and will recommend it to all of our friends. Alla prossima!!

It's one of the greatest hotels i've ever stayed. We have been there on a weekend in the end of January 2023. Owner, Sergio, puts non human efforts for us to have a great experience in Naples. Starting with a perfect room, free snacks and drinks in a minibar. We are vegetarian and don't like sweet breakfast. So Sergio organized a beautiful omlete with a lot of different vegetables for us, delivered straight to our room. Everything we wanted, he organized for us. Hotel is on the 17-th floor and has an adorable seaview. It was our anniversary so my Lady is shocked and totally excited. Strongly recommend.

That we couldn't stay longer.

Lovely room with fabulous views overlooking the harbour just a few minutes from the Capri ferries and a short ride from the airport. Sergio organised taxis, restaurants and always available for any queries. We returned to find a complimentary bottle of Chianti with nibbles in our room which we enjoyed on the balcony .On our last morning he arranged for breakfast in the room with delicious croissants, juice and coffee. Anywhere else would seem very ordinary in comparison to this.

Breakfast at local cafe included which was lovely and as we had to leave early for the airport the second night out host arranged to have it delivered which as we had a lovely balcony overlooking the port was great. Nothing too much trouble with taxis booked, suggestions for restaurants and other local information. Views fabulous. High quality finish of bedroom and bathroom plus Netflix and Prime Video on tv. We will definitely come back.

The proprietor was fabulous, couldn’t do enough to make the stay absolutely fantastic. The location was excellent, walking distance of the old city, the view amazing always changing with the coming and going of cruise ships and car ferries. The best thing was the balcony and Sergio’s generosity.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Sergio is one of the kindest and most attentive hosts. We were here for the first stop on our honeymoon, and Sergio made us feel right at home, treated us like family, gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area, and even took our photo on the gorgeous deck with 360 views of Napoli before we attended the opera one night! This spot is a prime location in Napoli - easy to walk or take public transport to reach any spot. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and private. Breakfast was always exceptional with fresh juice, cappuccinos and pastries to choose from. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Napoli, and we will definitely be staying here when we return!

Location was great and safe. Short walk to the port. Sergio was more than amazing, really really took care of us. He went above and beyond. Welcomed us outside, helped bring our bags, showed us the place and gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Super fast communication, even brought us breakfast the next day. 10/10 as a host!! Thank you for everything. We loved our stay. One of our best ever. The place itself is big, clean, amazing view of the whole coast. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom: it was sparkling clean!! Thank you again!

Sergio was an amazing host! From before we even arrived he was answering my questions about the city. He was contactable anytime and helped us make the most of our long weekend with recommendations and tips. If you go to Napoli, stay at this place! It is on the 17. floor with a great ocean view. The Host is a absolutely amazing guy! We had all in all a wonderful trip and Sergio was one of the main reasons. The world would be a better place if there were more Sergios.

Nothing! It’s perfect!

Sergio is the best host you can find in this city, he can help out with everything you need with patience and care. The property is absolutely stunning. It has a perfect 360 degree view that you don’t have to go to any other viewpoint. The room is very neat and clean, having a drink on the balcony in the evening with the Vesuvius volcano and wonderful sea view is a true enjoyment. The location is also very convenient with all the tourist attractions in walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here, it’s definitely worthy!
