The place is walking distance to both the airport and the city centre. The room is basic but very clean, and the bathroom is spotless with toiletries available incase you have forgotten yours. There is a coffee machine in the room, and the house is very secure. The host is warm and welcoming. Overall, very good value for money

Fantastic location. Ten minute walk to the airport and trainstation, and 30 min walk to the Tower. Nearby bus stops. Spacious room, comfortable beds + coffee machine and prepacked breakfast. Good air-conditioning. Nice pizzaria 200m away.

The tiled floors mean the sound of locks and doors (and late arrivals with heavy luggage) echo around the whole place. As with most holiday accommodation, earplugs are worth having. The pillows were a bit too high and firm for our liking, but the bed was large and comfortable. Would be helpful to have somewhere to put luggage when packing/unpacking.

Excellent location, walking distance from airport and train station, and friendly, helpful host, who was easy to contact. Handy to an excellent and well priced pizzeria. Easy walk also to city centre. Bathroom shared between only two rooms, which gave us no problems. Wifi worked fine. Would happily stay there again and recommend.

I didn’t realise the rooms were not en-suite and it was a shared bathroom. For one night, this was fine. It was immaculately clean as well.

We only needed to stay one night in Pisa. This was an easy 10min walk from the airport and a 10min walk to the train station. For transfer convenience, the location was ideal. There is a delicious pizza place just down the block. You’re not in the heart of Pisa, but it’s handy enough to get anywhere. Great value for money.

The staff were very welcoming and made our arrival and departure extremely straight forward. The accommodation was very near to the airport which made a late arrival at Pisa airport much less stressful.

No problems. A private bathroom would be nice but we were looing for a quick, simple overnight stay en route so we were happy with shared facilities.

The hotel is an easy walk from the airport, even in the early hours of the morning. The owner sent us detailed instructions to get into the hotel and we had no problems with access. The shared bathrooms are clean and well maintained. There were drinks and snacks provided which made for a n easy quick breakfast before heading out to the train station; it's a little further than the airport but still very manageable even on a hot day.

I travelled alone and felt safe the entire time being in the property. The gentleman was super nice and helpful, he kindly showed how the coffee machine works with a test run and gave me an extra capsule after which he didn't need to but it was a nice gesture. Room had more perks than I expected, proper coffee machine (big plus!) and the bathroom was well equipped, it had cotton pads and earbuds as well! Room and bed clean, I had a great time and would definitely come back! Thank you

the property was great, I can’t fault it.

its location is brilliant, was extremely close to the airport and station which made our one night stop in Pisa very easy. As well as this it was about a 40 minute walk to the leaning tower which is beautiful and well worth waking up early in the morning to go and see quickly. Michael was a lovely host, very attentive and kind making us feel very welcome and looked after. He recommended a pizza shop just around the corner from the bnb and he was not wrong, the pizza was incredible and the staff lovely.

Great communication with lovely host Michael - we were arriving late in the evening and he sent us all the details on whatsapp which was very clear and easy to follow. The room was large with a comfy bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, tv, sofa, coffee machine, water & snacks, and most importantly the air con was brilliant and quiet! The bathroom had everything you would need and though shared we never had to wait. The whole place was spotlessly clean. There are bus stops nearby and parking just across the road which is cheap. We decided to walk into Pisa which took about 35 minutes to stroll to the tower. We stayed here the night we arrived in Pisa (before renting a car and traveling into Tuscany countryside for a few days) and the night before our flight home - really great location for the airport or Pisa train station (both 15 mins walk).
