You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Helpful staff, good location. We paid extra for air con and this was very worth it.

UkraineFor the first time we encountered the fact that you have to pay extra (!!!) for the remote control of the air conditioner in the room - 10 euros per night. The first night we slept without air conditioning and it was terribly stuffy, and the windows could not be opened because of the constant noise outside and the lack of mosquito nets. The second night we paid for the remote control from the air conditioner and could not sleep because the air conditioner makes a monotonous knocking noise, not typical for air conditioner. It lasts all the time while the air conditioner is running and after it is turned off for an hour. They responded to our complaint about the noise of the air conditioner with clarifying questions. After we sent a video where we could clearly hear the noise, they simply disappeared and did not offer any solution.
Good location. Near the place of residence supermarket, cafes, restaurants, seafood, meat and vegetable stores. To the sea 10 minutes. To the train station 15 minutes. Toilet and bathroom shared by several rooms. Fridge was, but for several rooms - someone took our water by mistake. From the pluses - capsule coffee machine, at breakfast treats are open to all, there are books.

United KingdomThe only problem with the hotel is, Their Time they Open. They always open by 3pm. Which as for, it's not Good.. I came from Treviso to Savona, 11 hours journey and I got there by 11am. I had to wait outside the hotel for another 4 hours 😩 before they opened.. . They should do something about it..
I like the Location of the hotel. Close to Train station..

IrelandStruggling to think of any negatives a very attentive host in a lovely clean B & B
The owner met us and was very welcoming, he spoke french as did we so communication was good.He provided us with maps and information sheets,We had breakfast daily, toast, cereal, small cakes,yoghurt etc excellent choice. Good double glazed windows and centrally located.Parking is difficult depending on the time of day. A great Stay which we enjoyed in a lovely city

FranceIt was a very hot period (mid-August) so we had to keep the windows open to get at least some air. But the noise from the street (circulation ) was very loud, waking us up at 6 am. A solution would have been to use the air conditioner of the room, but there was no way to turn it on. Besides, its motor being just next to the window, it would probably just have added to the noise. One might have expected at least a fan in the room. Finally, the other occupants of the facility, which consists in a flat with rooms rented to different people with a common breakfast area, were very noisy from the early (6-ish) morning on.
Quite central location. Comfortable bed.
