The host (Matteo) was great! ;) Very nice historic apartment in the city center. The location was excellent in a perfect neighborhood with the grocery store (Tigre) near by + very good ice cream and coffee shop right next to the apartment. ;) It was a wonderful experience!

Location was convenient and within walking distance to many historical sites, gelato downstairs was a bonus for my son and market/restaurants all within a few steps. The room was clean and nicely decorated, included a balcony and access to communal refrigerator and coffee/tea/fruit/snacks. Host was very nice and accommodating. The only reason I have 9/10 stars was because I didn’t feel like I received clear directions for check out. That was the only issue. I would recommend this accommodation to friends and family and hope to return next year!

I chose this accommodation based on the positive reviews from other guests, and I’m happy to say that I wasn’t disappointed! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is great – a quiet neighborhood just 15-20 minutes from Piazza Navona and the Vatican, with lovely local shops and cafés nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and decorated in light tones, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The reception area features a well-equipped modern kitchenette and delicious coffee to start the day before heading out to explore the city. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. Matteo was incredibly attentive and helpful, always quick to respond to any requests. I also really appreciated his recommendations on where to buy good wine or order the best pizza.

I loved it all!!!

I can honestly say that from the time of booking until the moment we left, the host was exceptional. He couldn't have done more and answered all of my questions very quickly. The room was beautiful with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. It was immaculate and smelled amazing. The shared kitchen space was great for making hot drinks after a long day of sight seeing and the location is fantastic. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked a lot the location and neighbourhood. There wasn’t any noises during the night. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There was a balcony in my room which was very nice.

Nice location, you are a few minutes by walk away from main attractions but still in a quiet area. Matteo is a great host. I would definetely recommend this place.

The hotel room was somehow extremely hot, so even though our stay was in January we had to use the AC unit. No nearby underground stop (even though the bus transportation was also quite optimal).

The hotel was comfortable. It is located in a building where one apartment has been rearranged into different rooms. The location is more or less closeby to all the major attractions of the city. Great Host and clean. Appraciated also the possibility of safely store for the day the luggage there after the check-out

Perfect place to stay as a solo traveller, close to the city centre and the taxi stop. staff is very welcoming and helpful. He offered me free tea and coffee in the morning before i could even begin my day.

The location was perfect for us, close to the Vatican, but you can also do everything walking or if you prefer by public transport, also Matteo our host gave us many tips on where to eat or drink something, but above all he was very gentle and nice with us, we will definitely come back to his accommodation.
