There are quite a few stairs heading up to the guest house and no lift, as the website clearly states, so it wasn't a surprise.

The location was perfect for our last night in Florence. It was very near the Duomo and other attractions, shopping and restaurants. The proprietor was a lovely man who was very friendly and accommodating. He helped us up the stairs with our luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. We were in Miami. I highly recommend this location if you'd like to be in the heart of Florence.

Being a very old and historic building there was lots of stairs and no lift which is not a problem for most people. The TV was a bit small for the size of the room, but you don't go to Florence to watch TV however it is nice to relax, have a beer and watch a bit of TV before going to sleep

The room was excellent, it had plenty of room to move around in, the decor was fantastic, it had a huge bed, hard wood floors, the bathroom was good. Cleaners came in every day and tidied the room and cleaned. You could ask for a better location right in the middle of the old city

Very interesting and authentic building from the 1300’s originally. Location is excellent with everything a few steps away. Cool high ceilings in the rooms with good air con. Raphael is a really nice guy and very helpful. There’s a few stairs to take into account if there’s mobility issues, but I really could not fault the place.

Maybe the stairs. there are 77 stone steps to N4U, which teamed with the extreme heat and suitcases they were quite a challenge. However this was a great daily workout and it looked like there was a chairlift installed, which we did not need

It’s a beautiful palazzo in a very central location, just a few minutes from the duomo. it has a heavy original front door and beautiful original features throughout. Our room had the most stunning 19th century affresco on the ceiling, was spacious, with a huge window and very high ceiling. The host was a pleasure to deal with, very welcoming and attentive
