Central located, easy to reach, quiet. All staff members are helpful and always friendly. The garden and its bar are definitely an added value. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Had really great time here

Noise of the room next to us. A sign of ''keep your voice low'' after certain hours would be helpful.

My stay at this hostel was good, the staff are very nice, smiley, and helpful. The location is great, and the space of the room was great. Breakfast was Okay. The only thing I didn't like is the noise of the men outside since the girl's room is pretty much next to the men's/mixed room. Other than that, I recommend it.

+: location is quite central, rooms are spacious, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the "key" is a bracelet which opens you every door which is quite practical, the place gets cleaned everyday, the breakfast gives a family-feeling and is handmade every morning! (I especially approtiated the fresh vegetables and fruit they had since you won't find a lot of dishes in neaples with larger amounts of vegetables) -: the toiletts are very narrow so you might face a problem if you are on the heavier side, also the showers are see-through which shooked me a bit at first

I had a great stay at this hostel, it's very comfortable and I like the layout of the dorms with no bunks, a very nice change from the typical hostel. I also liked the wrist band key system. Breakfast was great, there was hot food like frittata, vegetables and bacon, toast and some cold options too, plus tea, coffee and juice. Staff are very kind and welcoming. I ended up having an issue during my stay and they did everything they could to rectify it/make me comfortable which I greatly appreciate. Please note that the hostel is up a bit of a steep hill, so keep that in mind if it's an issue for you when booking. Other than the hill (which can't really be helped) the location was great on Spaccanapoli and close to Toledo. (I would recommend getting there via the Toledo metro station if you're taking public transport, Montesanto was close too but the route was a little less straight forward). Lots of great food nearby and the hostel provides some great recommendations. Despite my issue I had, I would recommend staying here :)

It was absolutely beautiful from every point of view. The location of the hostel is great. It is close to the centre and to the metro station Toledo. Easy to access, you have a sign next to the entrance to be sure that you arrived at the right place. Everything was clean and it was kept clean every day. The breakfast was varied with both savory and sweet. They have also a bar where you can have a chat in the evening. But the most beautiful thing for me was the staff. They were very kind to me, communicative, they helped me with everything I needed and with tips for my trip to Napoli. I thank them a lot for that! I will definitely come back next time I am in Napoli

As I had an early CO I wasn't able to have breakfast but they were so kind and made me a little breakfast to go. The rooms are really big with enough space for all your stuff;) The lockers in the room have electric locks so there is no need to bring your own locks. CI was also very smooth and easy. I will definitely choose this Hostel for my next stay.

The room was incredibly hot - the heating was left to run all night. Other people staying in the room were OK with it but I really struggled to sleep as a result. If you're larger be sure to choose a room with wc in it as the communal one will be difficult for you to get in/out of. It would be a little challenging for anyone with reduced mobility due to stairs and being located on a relatively steep, though short, approach.

Really clean, with friendly staff and good security protocols. lockers are under-bed drawers that are controlled by a security bracelet that you receive on check in, so no need to bring a padlock. You do need your own towels.

The bathrooms could offer a better standard and have larger shower and toilet cabins. They are just fine, but look like they're an older build and didn't get a revamp like the dorms. Maybe it's something the owners will invest in in the future.

Wow, that is some special place. I booked one night for myself because my friend had stayed here at least once before and he made another booking for us both, from the day after my arrival. What makes this hostel different to so many others is that the owners are there, working at the reception and tending to the house, so everything is in order. They are also very helpful, very friendly and very funny, so we had great atmosphere and a good laugh. Thank you so much for being such awesome people! Great electronic system for getting into the room and keeping your belongings secure under the bed. The beds look quite new and they are very comfortable, wooden frame with a mattress that doesn't collapse under your weight. The breakfast! It's great to have a delicious, savoury breakfast and not a typically Italian sweet pastry and a coffee - make sure to be early enough or you miss out, though! Of all the awesome people, I can't quite thank enough Greta for introducing me to Ornella Vanoni. You, and someone on Ischia who played Caterina Caselli (and then following the thread I discovered Iva Zanicchi and Guido Renzi), contributed to a life-changing experience for me, and I love you for it! :D
