curtains and windows didn’t close well, so room is not so light or noise insulated

walking distance to all major sights and close to metro stations and food. facilities are also good. staff are friendly, approachable, and quick with local pointers.

the doors makes loud noises by closing and the kitchen closes from 23on, so that you can't even get something out of the fridge or make a tea when you come home at night.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in (and there are quite a lot hostels I stayed in so far^^). Well maintained, nice garden, really comfortable and cozy beds that -although I slept in a 10-bed-dorm - made me feel like I have my own, private space. Best spot to explore Napoli, very central located and still I felt save by walking alone in the streets, even at night time! And on top good breakfast, hammock in the garden and social atmosphere (not party, but still social). What else do you need?🤷

There are a lot of steps and the hostel itself is up a hill as Naples is mostly steep. Think carefully if you are older or have any disability. The bathroom floor in Mi female dorm was always wet. The guy who keeps coming in to mop is not not going to fix it! It needs sorting properly. The toilet leaks from the base.

Absolutely brilliant hostel in every way. Home cooked breakfast from your hosts Francesco, Raphaelo and staff. Eggs, vegetables, bacon. Cereal, croissants, buns, toast and spreads. Fruit. Tea, coffee and juice. All set up for a days sightseeing. The wristband key is really easy. The female dorm was stylish and very comfortable. Each bed has a light and a charging socket. En suite bathroom with shower toilet bidet and basin. Communal kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Food share shelf. Lovely garden with a bar. The other guests of all ages were so nice. Very convenient position for Toledo shopping and Palazzo Reale, galleries, port, castle etc Lots of shops and reasonably priced restaurants. Bravo! Would definitely return.

The service was exceptional and the staff were all super nice. I ended up unexpectedly staying one night extra, because of delayed trains and they were very accommodating. The best part is the breakfast. There are croissants and other pastries as well some juice. The also give you some bacon and eggs. This was my first time staying in a hostel and the experience was absolutely amazing.

Free breakfast was delicious and the staff was so kind!! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The room I was in bordered the street, which is pretty loud at night with alot of traffic. I'd suggest bringing earplugs if you're not used to that!! Location was awesome and Sorrento is an hour and a half train ride away!

Sometimes the Wi-Fi did not work in the room or other areas in the hostel.

The owner cooked us breakfast daily, combination of eggs and vegetables and cheese. It was a large, homecooked breakfast that you rarely find in hostels. The garden is really nice with hammocks and sitting area to chill. Owner is very kind and helpful.

I loved the beds!!! They are so comfortable, and even in dorms with 12 beds you have enough space for yourself! I also enjoyed my morning coffee (and the exceptional breakfast) at the yard of the hostel, which also has a bar :) The hostel is very central, one can go almost everywhere walking (3 min to Toledo Street, 10 to the historic centre, 25 to the train station, etc). And last, but not least, the stuff; they are amaizing. Very kind and ready to help you with anyrhing. While I was there, my fight was cancelled and it was a toral mess, as there in no accomodation in Naples on a Saturday (if you havent booked in advance), and Francesco helped me with EVERYTHING 🤍 (Thanx a lot, Francesco). I would definately repeat!

The breakfast was fenomenal every morning! The hosts are making it on the spot. It was good quality and more than enough! The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable. Sockets are near the bed. The luggage storage is under the bed. You don’t need your own lock for it as it is automated. The host are very friendly and helpful! It was one of my best experiences in a hostel.

Upper Flor in the room may be an issue if you are afraid of height or can’t physically climb the ladder))

At first the space looked very unusual, but it appeared to be very comfy. I took upper bed to have more privacy. it’s actually not that noisy on the upper level. But you need to keep in mind that it’s high. The room has lockers, I was provided a hair dryer, you can rent a towel. Can’t say that pillows are new, but everything looked clean.

The staff!!! who went out of their way to make the stay a joyful experience. The free breakfast was fabulous… and a great start to the day. the garden bar… But the rooms, in a Japanese style, where comfy and clean.

Terrible pillow, one of the most uncomfortable I’ve encountered at a hostel. Bathrooms were often missing toilet paper. Room can get stuffy at night.

The only thing I can say is that the bathroom floor flooded every time someone took a shower. But it 's also true that it was cleaned right after as well.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is super friendly, you can tell they like to work with people and make them feel confortable. The location is great (in a side of Quartieri Spagnoli) and 5 minutes by foot from the Toledo street and metro sation. You can walk to every touristic spot from there (and also to take the metro or the ferry to islands like Capri/ Amalfi/ Procida. The funicular to go to Vomero neighborhood (and the Sant'Elmo castle) is also close. The bedroom itself was amazing and the room was huge. It was a 10 people room, but the distance between every bed was big, so you don't feel that you are sharing a space with so many other people. Lockers also available that open with an electronic bracelet you'll get when doing the check in. Breakfast was included and it was a really good one! There is also a garden with a bar, super nice. I could stay there before the check in and it's also possible to drop your luggage after 8am and leave it there after the check out.
