Finding the location was hard. I suggested to put a big sign outside and was told there’s a big flag of the hotel outside which doesn’t make sense as there is no sign for the hotel, just a logo of their hotel. AC only works on a specific time which was hard as it’s too hot in summer. Towel is not provided ( bring your own). And room doors need fixing as it’s too loud when you open and close.

Very clean facility, showers are nice, close to the metro and city centre. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry service ( extra charge euro 5 wash & dry) need to book though. Has bar and garden for chilling.

The bathroom was very grimy and the shower drain was completely blocked which meant floods. The lockers were very small and there was no alternative space to store belongings/bags (although granted I am travelling with 70L), 50L or below would have probably been fine.

Great location in centre with easy transport links to train and metro. Really friendly and helpful staff, even insisting on carrying my bags. Fully equipped kitchen and good breakfast options (even for a vegan).

Hot water seemed to run out on some days so was left with a cold shower. Was bearable as it was not too cold outside. There was slight clogging issue with the wash basin. Also you have to make you own bed - put on the covers for both mattress and duvet, which I feel should be already done for customers.

Bathroom was dirty when I arrived. Breakfast was a poor. Unless the tall lady with black hair does it. It looked like all staff take there turns. Two of the staff are rude if you book it you'll realise which two.

The beds were comfortable and location was good. Had a good security system with a watch band.

The staff were amazing and catered to your every need! The room set up was really cool and it was super easy to meet people there. The breakfast is also amazing for a hostel.

The ceramic of a washingbowl was broken, as in sliced in two. The showers were dirty. And the overall finishes of the taps etc were okayish, less nice than on the pictures.

you could hear everything in the corridor and the main door closing during the night and because of this I didn’t sleep very well. bring some ear plugs!

location seemed tricky to get to at first but actually once i arrived it was super easy to walk all around the city from NAP! the staff were really friendly and the kitchen and garden are lovely. beds comfy too.

There was quite a lot of sound coming from the open windows, yet it was too hot to close them. The streets close by dont feel very safe at the night time.

The staff was really friendly, very helpful and full of recommendations! People in the hostel were also nice. The bathrooms/showers were very clean, as well as the rooms. The way the rooms are furnished gives you privacy, which is always a good thing. Every morning there would be breakfast, prepared by the staff, the place had a nice garden, where you can work quietly or connect with other people from hostel, it was quiet and well hidden from the sounds of the street. The location was great, not that far from the metro station, located in a pretty busy area.

Bedbugs in my dorm in every beds. Impossible to sleep on the beds. No reception at night, had to sleep on a couch in the common area. Didn’t get refund. I don’t recommend this place at all
