Everything was great nothing to complain about

The staff was super serviceminded, so nice people who worked there, we really felt welcomed. The hotel was super clean and nice and near the beach and restaurants. Free sunchairs and parkering was great.

Everything was fine except for the last one, I enjoyed a relaxing vacation with my husband.

the breakfast was very varied and tasty, the waiters were very pleasant and professional. The waiter knew exactly what language I spoke and what I wanted for breakfast.

Feel that coffee and juice should be included with breakfast not chargeable . First hotel I have experienced this . However more than offset by the free lunch available to guests staying more than three nights . Heated swimming pool may be a bit of an exaggeration.

Fantastic location , real homely feel , staff and owners were friendly and engaging . Nothing was too much trouble , minor issues with the room were addressed immediately . Breakfast was good, everywhere was kept spotless by Mario and his staff . Parking was tight , as expected however just dropped the car and staff manoeuvred vehicle into parking spot with practiced ease !!.

We wish the room had a bathtub or that dinner and after room service were available as well as more than one key.

The staff and amenities are just lovely. A bit cheesy but in a perfectly cheesy way. We really loved the food options, having our own chairs and umbrella, the room was comfortable and large and the AC worked great as well.

I would appreciate a kettle in the room. Also, the parking here, although for free, is a little complicated as it was full and the free spots were usually blocked by the staff cars. Hence we had to leave the keys on reception and have them park our car later which we didn’t like. Also not very convenient if you want to use it regularly for trips.

The beach proximity was amazing. Big, quiet room. Staff was very nice. Free lunch was a great bonus.

Everything was amazing.

Excellent, cozy, clean, stylish and quiet hotel on the beach. Beautiful room with a sea view. Very tasty food and coffee. Nice and friendly owners. It was very comfortable to spend my vacation in this hotel. I will definitely spend my next vacation here.

One thing that I didn't like was that you can smoke in the pool area and in outside breakfast area. And the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

One of the cleanest hotel I have ever been to, the hotel design is quite old (as we're most guests), but you can see that they take very good care of the place. The location is very good you can easily get to the bus station and to the main street. And the hotel is right next to the beach. The breakfast was good, there was enough choice, the omelette was very delicious. Also they had very cute dog :)

Couldn't find a outside toilet so had to keep going back inside while by the pool..

Was exceptionally clean.. very friendly staff.with private pool and a few steps away private beach . would definitely be back.

Nothing to criticise whatsoever!

As a regular visitor to Jesolo who has stayed in many, many hotels there, I have long searched for my ideal place to stay - beachfront, a spacious room with a balcony, a great sea view, a good breakfast, reliable wifi and a car-park. I have at last found it! Everything at the Napoleon was perfect - from the delightfully pleasant welcome given to me by the owner (who, it has to be said, has run the hotel since the 1970's) to the extremely spacious bedroom and its very large balcony and fabulous sea-view. An additional very welcome surprise was the free lunch provided every day, did not expect that at all.

The style is kind of tacky;

Perfect location, right on the beach, close to all restaurants and shops. No noise, except the wonderful sound of the waves. Very nice pool. Nice room with shutters, with 2 windows with seaviews and a balcony. Nice buffet breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lunch included.

outdated interiour but still cool in a fun way :) cleaning lady was always in a bad mood and woke us 8:30 up if we forgot to put do not disturb on. And didnt tidy up room the days that happened. Beds were very hard.

Perfect location in Jesolo - awsome staff! Great surroundings, pool, beach and all. Loved that bicycles and beachbenches were included and also lunch if you stay a week. Would go again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Napoleon. The staff was great, very welcoming and didn’t hesitate to support us with everything we needed. The room is very clean and cosy. Breakfast is delicious and the view stunning as well as the swimming pool area. Nearby you find some nice restaurants, shops etc. Parking was for free and easy to handle. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to relax on a high standard.

Hotel needs an update and spruce up. Breakfast was underwhelming for a 4 star. ( Sliced meats sweating, egg stations empty etc)

Amazing location and pool. Cleanliness on point. Mario is an amazing host.
