You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This B&B offers an elevated experience in an unbeatable location, just steps from local amenities, including a bus stop, train station, supermarkets and the beach. My suite was light, airy and spacious, and was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I especially loved starting my mornings with breakfast on the balcony or rooftop, enjoying the beautiful views. Cristiana and Martina went above and beyond as hosts, making me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. Their local recommendations truly enhanced my stay and there are B&B-affiliated discounts across a range of eateries and experiences nearby. The whole team were warm and friendly too. This is the perfect stay for anyone looking for convenience, comfort and a personalised touch.

We loved our stay at Nautilus B&B. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire property is nicely remodeled, very clean and modern look. Very spacious and comfortable room with a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Only a few minutes to the beach and boardwalk. Breakfast was also very nice with a big selection. Thank you to the owner and staff for making our stay so enjoyable! Ciao

Cristiana and her staff were courteous and attentive too answer any qs. We felt like family. The morning breakfast each day on rooftop terrace was beautiful with attention to needs and personal tastes. Breakfast was continental. The room was spacious, modern and clean as portrayed. It was approx a 5 block walk to beach. Nautilus had a relationship with 2 beach clubs which were terrific for a day at the beach for approx 25 Euro for 2 beds and 1 umbrella.
