As a family with small children the shower was so small and was difficult to shower the kids. I had no space to move when I showered myself.

I like the location and that it’s a spacious suite. The hosts were nice and it was easy to access.

The walls are quite thin, could hear the neighbors and other apartment guests early in the morning. Could not get the air con to work and it's too loud outside to have the window open.

Great location near Piazza Navona. Lots of lovely bars/restaurants away from the square which were cheaper. Nice room with a fridge, good facilities.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell nearly constantly. The walls were very thin and you could always hear guests talking, children crying, or opening the doors. However, we did not find being above bars/restaurants to be much of an issue in terms of noise.

Property is in a perfect location and only up a few steps. Very close to many bars/restaurants/bus stops. The bed was a decent size. The host was very helpful in fixing our fridge promptly when it was not working.

The flip side of being in the middle of a bunch of restaurants is that the club music went on until the wee hours of the morning. Not only could we hear a lot of street noise but also all the comings and goings of our neighbors, so perhaps bot the best for the noise-sensitive.

The apartment was spacious, clean, with excellent air conditioning and wifi. The host provided convenient access to the apartment with a keycode and clear instructions so getting in was a breeze. We loved the location - so close to Piazza Navona and tons of restaurants, and within walking distance of many important sights.

There is no lift so just to be aware of this before you arrive.

The location is perfect for a couple travelling together, surrounded by restaurants and bars we were spoiled for choice each evening. The bed was extremely comfortable also.

Only negative was the shower head, the water pressure was okay and the shower was very tiny. But it wasn’t a huge deal.

Great location, close to amazing restaurants, and close to the Vatican and Trevi Fountain. Easy to communicate and quick at responding. I would recommend purchasing the Big Bus Tour, makes everything so easy to get around. The Vatican Big Bus Stop was very close by. The apartment itself was clean and good air conditioning. It was fun for our family of 4, the rooms are connected through a sliding door.

The bed was very hard. But this is possibly a personal preference and did not detract from my overall good experience in this accommodation.

Great central location with many bars, restaurants, public transport and sights within walking distance. Very big room and bathroom with daily housekeeping offered.

one minor gripe is they don't have an elevator so you will have to carry your bags up the stairs. but the staff is more than willing to help out.

The Breakfast Served at the place was amazing and they had wide assortments of local cuisine in their spread. The Staff is super friendly and the rooms have a very homely vibe to them. The Location is hands down super convenient for tourists and is in a very nice upscale part of the city.

The common areas of the building were not pleasant due to the storage of the trash and recycling bins immediately inside the entrance.

The location is very convenient to many of the main historic attractions in Rome and to bars and restaurants. The cleaning staff for the suites were very friendly and helpful.

The place itself doesn't have a person there - everything by email or whats app. Pmt, codes etc. The room was clean but bare, a window with a view of another building and pipes. ( assuming that's why the curtain was closed) the key card opens the lights so if you are in the room and want to use the bathroom you have to take out the key card ( which keeps light on ) and re enter it in the bathroom so you are in the dark for a moment . the hotel itself , when you walk in is shabby and run down. we had trouble getting in and tried to call but didn't get thru ( the calls either dropped us or we were disconnected or they didn't hear us ) the instructions to get into the hotel and room were so confusing that we tried to call. Thank God for someone coming out of the place , because they opened the door and were were able t get into where the rooms are. The guest staying there did say he was quite confused as well when he first arrived. I changed my room from a 2 person room( of which I saw pictures of the room ) to a 1 person room ( which they didn't send a picture, I see why now) when I booked it originally the room looked beautiful, so I thought the single room would as well. That wasn't the case. Would not recommend this place especially for the money it cost. Definitely not worht the money . There;s a reception desk but the 5 days I was there I didnt see any one who worked there.

The entrance was a bit strange as you were walking through the ground floor which is being used for storing trash bins etc. It‘s maybe a bit pricey and doesn’t feel like a hotel as there is no staff.

Very nice location. A lot of bars and restaurants in this area. We did all sightseeing by foot. Looks like on the pictures and the room was very clean. I liked the large shower and nice bathroom.

The entrance is horrible, the smell… I dont understand why they can take the trash outside the bulding.
