So many kind gestures arrived unexpectedly from the staff and the hostel, I really only needed to enjoy

I was in Ostello Bello Roma before this, hence my expectations were set too high. The beds could be better and it would be good if we can key the key code to open door rather than solely rely on phones. If I forgot my phone to the room, would be a problem.

Great location, staff are very welcoming and friendly. Francesco provided me an upgrade to lower bunk bed as it was available.

There is no room with private bathrooms. The toilet and the bathrooms were joined together which makes privacy a bit of an issue for shy travellers. The fridges are very small and packed with things, so it is hard to find space for your food. The bed were metallic and creaky, and were uncomfortable...

The staff and the social activities were fantastic. They offered a lot of free things like shavers, toothbrushes, eye masks and ear plugs.

The hostel is very well located close to the metro station. Friendly personnel is always ready to help and to give a piece of advice regarding the best places in the area. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with their own shower. There are some products in the common kithen that you can use for preparing a dinner, or order something at the bar.

To be fair, the shower cubicles are really small and the hot water reset two nights I was their so if your first to the shower don’t get set until checking there’s hot water, and if cold ask reception to reset it.

I’m giving a 10 because the hostel does a lot of things right (so 8-9 on that), but Francesco in particular is a real asset to the place, super helpful, friendly and caring. - Comfy bed. - Kitchen with free fruits, coffee and pasta. - Plenty of social / common areas. - Rooftop. - Great location.

The infra is old. For example the bed has sound when turning around. The faucet and shower are very slow to have hot water.

The room and shared bathroom is clean. You can store your luggage for free before checkin. The location is good, near Toledo metro station. The room is spacious.

The “entertainment” was just ok. I think they should invest a bit more on this to attract a better crowd. Heavy male presence during the events and in the patio as well. If they they better events probably more female travelers and female locals would join so it would be a more diverse crowd.

Great location! In the total center of Naples and close to all tourist sites by foot. The Hostel has a cool vibe, and nice patio to chill and meet people.

Getting locked in the storage locker because someone had broken the key. A warning about not closing the door would have been helpful, or maybe a block so the door didn't close all the way.

Honestly nothing, 10/10 in all aspects

If you are searching for a nice place to stay in Napoli, to meet people from around the world and have some fun this is the place to go. The common areas are so cool, just 5 min after I arrived I already had made friends. There were activities every day, like karaoke and beer pong tournaments. The staff were amazing people, always there to help or just chat. Rooms are totally fine, theres a nice kitchen to cook and a beautiful terrace. Ostello bello always in my heart 💘

The facilities (showers and toilets) were a bit untidy a couple times when I went in to use them. The door locking app seemed to malfunction on at least two occasions while I was there

The location of the hostel was great for convenience, close to the metro so you can visit things around Naples easily, close to a supermarket and various restaurants. The bar was also great and the staff were incredible, Carlos, Alan and Chiara made my stay great and were super lovely and welcoming.
