There is no bathroom on the main floor, so if you arrive before your check-in you'd have to wait for them to give you the key to your room, otherwise, they recommend you to go to a restaurant and use the bathroom there. -The AC wasn't working properly in our room, I asked if we could move to another room because it was really hot, but the hostel was full and there was a problem with all ACs on the 3rd floor. -Breakfast isn't really a breakfast, it's just a plain croissant and a coffee or tea, better than nothing though. -The air conditioner was leaking water and it left the whole corner of the bed wet including my pillow. -The sink was clogged, after complaining they sent 2 guys to unclog it. -If you are planning to take a meeting from here, this is not the place, the wifi goes off and on, I asked to one of the receptionists if he could share data with me and he kindly said yes, I also asked him he could turn down the volume a bit because it was 11 pm and I had a very important call, I didn't realize the owner of the hostel were there and I told them the wifi doesn't really work to which they said that the wifi worked perfectly. The same couple (owners) called the staff member out to talk with him in private.

The staff was nice and always willing to help. Good location as well.

Wifi wasn't great, they charge extra if you check in after 11. No air conditioning just a fan in the room couldn't sleep at all. Some of the staff were nice others were not . I would recommend paying slightly more for a hotel it's not worth it at all unless for one night only.

They want to charge everything. It's breakfast included but breakfast was 1 croissant and 1 coffee so it wasn't enough:( Rooms don't have air conditioner.

I was very tired when i entranced the door of hostel. But receptionist was very friendly and polite to me. He prove my mood, and also help to find phone service because my iphone broked at this day. It helps me a lot! The room and bath were good. If you want to stay somewhere for a one night this hostel is a good one.

First of all, Milan was 33 degrees and you feel like arriving at your Hostel and having a nice place to rest. The air conditioning was not working, just fanning. We asked the staff to solve the problem and were told that it would probably be in the electrical installation, as the other guests on the 3rd floor were having the same problems and had already complained. On the second day, we asked the staff again to check the problem, but it was not resolved. In summary, we spent two nights awake, with unbearable heat, unhealthy, the room has no condition to receive guests. This made our experience in Milan horrible as we were so stressed out. Just to clarify, breakfast is just a croassaint and a cup of coffee with milk, don't buy this option as you don't expect a reasonable breakfast. Ah.. Not to mention the towels that were torn, but this problem was the Minor.The minimum to be done is to cancel our paid amount, as the contract was not delivered.

The bathroom was not very clean and there were damages (e.g. clogged bathtub). The croissant at breakfast was half-baked. The provided towel could be bigger. I've stayed in cheaper hostels with better amenities.

The location was good, the staff was nice and polite. The beds were comfortable and the room big enough. The lockers looked safe. The 24h reception also a plus.

Substandard operating procedures. I don't know about Italy but the door to our room (which requires a key to get out) I'm fairly certain would be a fire code violation where I'm from.

One staff was rude to me. They lied, at least to me, about offering a free breakfast because they asked me pay it. There are mosquitos at night. No hand wash in the bathroom.

Kinda careless workers, bloody dirty rooms. I have seen little insects walking around, room was full with mosquitos and i even found a used toothbrush in my locker, probably left from last guest

BED BUGS, I would not stay here again! I wokeup with several bites it was unhygienic in this regard. The bugs ruined my travels as they followed me.

Very noisy side, near the road, they were doing repairs all the days and you could hear cars driving, very loud, there is no basic set for a shower in the rooms, no one offered to take a towel, you go to the room yourself, in fact no one needs it, the service was not satisfied. Also, no letter came to the post office, but due to the fact that I had an evening plane, I could only check in at about 00:00, for which I paid another 10 euros

The man who was responsible for everything at night was unbelievably inappropriate & made us feel very uncomfortable & not safe!! All women should be careful around him! We talked to the manager but he didn’t seem to care. I still can’t believe that happened and will definitely not recommend the hostel!!!

The shower cabins are in the common lavatory area and only one of two is half covered with non -transparent tape and the second one is completely transparent 😐 also there was a very few of toilet paper for that amount of people in the room. And what you can see on the pics is absolutely not what you see in reality, dormitory rooms look completely different.

The shared bathroom in our room was the most disgusting one I have ever seen in a hostel. The overflowing clogged shower does not help. We repeatedly mentioned it to staff in reception, not much was done. The only time we saw how they cleaned the beds and the bathroom we were appalled, they did not clean at all the bathroom and the bottom sheets on the beds are never changed from what we saw (we were in the room while they "cleaned"), unsanitary.

Staff was really friendly and helpful with tips. Location is just a stone's throw from Darsena and the canals, a lot to do, places to eat and shops nearby.
