The bathroom was a mini size, the shower cabin was very small. It would be nice to have extra blankets for a queen size bed. In winter it would also be good to provide extra blankets, we only got a thin blanket which was not enough. At breakfast the juice was very sugary, it would be better to have a healthier version for breakfast. Even in February it was very difficult to find parking around the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, right on the beach, which is great especially in summer. In summer there are many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, in February there were only a few shops open - but that's understandable that the area was deserted. The online key is a good solution. Breakfast is a big portion, although the "sweet dream" is a huge portion of sugar bomb :) The "super power" breakfast is a good choice. The cappuccino with the breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very nice and every day there was cleaning and towel change.

The breakfast is not self service.. We prefer self service for breakfast, because we are a heavy breakfast person, but the staff is so kind she give all what we needed. all was good.

Dirty, In need of a renovation, heating didn’t work. Was expecting a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together covered by a dirty old bedspread old bedspread. When I eventually did catch somebody working in reception to complain to , it was to tell them I was leaving.They didn’t seem bothered and never even asked why. I have a sneaking suspicion that they are housing illegal migrants in this property too.

The shower was way too small. Tyring to lift your feet up to wash them, is impossible if you over 5'10" and this was in the upgraded room. The room was upgraded because, my smaller friend, sat on his bed in the original room and the frame broke.

The manager was very unfriendly. He denied request to change rooms because the elevator squeeked so loud kids could not sleep. The elevator was very loud. It took the personell long to prepare the breakfast (25-45 minutes) one person did not get the breakfast even when we repeatedly asked. The bathrooms are very small and some parts are very dirty (maybe fungus).

Perfect location in Viserba! Hotel next to the beach number 31. Room with a wonderful sea view :) Absulutely awesome and 100% helpful staff! I had problems with transfer to the airport and the hotel staff arranged the transfer by their guy for me! :) They confirmed me also an early check in and a late check out for VERY friendly extra charge - only 20 euros in total! Definitely I will come back again! :) High recommend!!! The sea view from the balcony is AMAZING. I can hear the waves at night time when sleeping. the breakfast is the best I’ve had in any hotel and it’s in a quieter area than the strip so sleeping is good (but still close enough to easily access the nightlife)
