Shower head was missing however staff were apologetic and sorted out the issue, and gifted us some chocolates.

Simple clean accommodation central to bus and train stations which suited us as we were in transit. Breakfast buffet was great.

Was not true to site as described bathroom was dirty and used before we enter plus some one ate potato chips and threw the waste. In bathroom dustbin 1st price was too high and check in was at 3 pm and before 12 check out not even 24 hours as all hotels breakfast was poor to the high price of the hotel i would never recommend it to any one i know plus noise and tv sound of ther rooms are always in my room

Noisy hallways, loud church bells in the morning, room overlooked by neighbours and not much atmosphere in hotel bar.

Clean and good location for walking the city. We had a great sleep in the comfy bed!

I was put on small room and window view was on fire exits.

The room was very small, the cupboard was just 30 cm wide, with 2 minuscules shelves and a bar with a couple of hangers . I was there for a week so I had clothes for a week and they didn't fit in the cupboard, I had more room using my suitcase... The room didn't have a proper window that I could keep open to ventilate it. It had a window with this type of glass you cannot see through, like in a bathroom. The reason for that is because the window open to some sort of external stairs, so people walking there could see me inside if the glass was see through. People also used those stairs to smoke, so I couldn't open the window because first it wouldn't be safe and second the smell of people smoking by my window and the cigarette ends they left there as you can see in pictures I attached. I think related to the fat the window can never be left open for 5 minutes to ventilate, there were horrible marks of humidity in the ceiling as you can see in the picture.

The breakfast, the location and the staff very good. There is a large variety of food, so almost impossible to have a bad breakfast. The staff was very polite and very helpful, definitely an asset for the hotel. The location is great, is close to the train station, close to the center and there are taxis opposite to the entrance of the hotel, so just leave the hotel cross the road and jump in a taxi to take you anywhere you need (like the airport in my case)

Very basic room in terms of decor. No tea or coffee making facilities or even free bottled water. Restaurant was shut on Monday night.

Parking is a bit expensive, and there’s no direct access to the hotel. You have to walk through the car ramp, go out to the street to get to the hotel.

The hotel seemed like an old hotel that was refurbished. The room had a tub/shower combo which I dislike. There was a rain shower head, but the knob to enable it didn't work. The windows of the room tinted so you couldn't see outside. When opening up the window, I noticed why: an inner courtyard that looked poorly maintained.

The location was great: although it was 2km from the actual city center, the hotel was nicely located within walking distance from the office where I had meetings. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

Torino Centro was very easy to get to from the train station. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at reception who gave us all the information that we needed to get around Turin.

Great value for money! Fantastic location right at the center with Lampugnano bus stop near by and all tourist locations easily accessible by bus/ tram right across the hotel. Exceptional customer service. Top notch 4 star hotel service at a great price on booking. They even extended our stay till 2 pm free of cost as my father was a bit unwell.

Great location for airport shuttle and Porta Susa railway station. Reception was welcoming and helpful. Room perfect for our one night stay. Breakfast was a flexible extra and good.

Nothing really. To leave so quickly. We only stayed for a night to break a longer trip.

The size of the room was really comfortable, also the bathroom itself - very big and comfortable. The restaurant is beautifully designed and really comfortable. The selection of food is amazing and very tasty! We arrived by car and were really happy to use the underground garage of the hotel.
