The only drawback was the size of my triple room, which was a bit squeezed. I can't think of any other minus for the hotel.

The location was ideal and the breakfast room with a great view to the sea and beachfront. The personnel was exceptionally polite and so willing to help with any requests. Cleanliness was also a great plus for the Hotel Niagara.

We had a twin room. The beds were a little small. There were no plugs bedside either. That’s about it.

Excellent breakfast, overlooking the beach. There was a swimming pool. Staff were very friendly. Smart Hotel. The location for us was excellent, and sea front with a balcony with a sea view. Plenty of storage in the room too.

Well, the people in this place are phenomenal. Very welcoming and nice. Especially the main reception man, who plays different roles and has success in them. Big clean room, nice water pressure, no sounds from the neighbors, delicious food in a restaurant.

Was disappointed that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable both of which were quite hard… probably being a bit picky as at home have memory foam topper and duck and down Pillows !

It was really hot in the hotel and they didn’t have aircon on as they said doors were open but there was just no breeze at all.

Even the breakfast had good variety it was almost impossible for us (a group of 7) to eat one and the same. Waffles and pancakes were always one or two and not getting replaced in reasonable time, although they are not made in the hotel.

The hotel is at first line and rooms have full or partial sea view. Rooms are bigger than the expected for the region and there is a private parking. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

You can hear the next room flush the toilet. Bed is very hard. For a four star hotel it wasn't very comfortable.

The beach was the best part right in front of the hotel. Also the staff is exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was good

The mattresses were ok, but could have been more comfortable. Noise from the utilities could occasionally be heard in the room, including at night.

Great location with excellent view. Reserved sunbeds on the beach. Extremely friendly and personal staff and service. Great cleaning and maintenance of the rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet that was constantly particularly well replenished.

I didn‘t like that you have to pay for every Little thing extra Money. You arrive two Hours before Check in and you have to pay 20€ for the Parking and the Beach. You have to pay Extra for the First two Rowe on the Beach.

BOOKING.COM DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON ITS WEBSITE - it’s not number 10 Via Andrea Bafille it’s the 7th Acesso Al Mare off the Via Andrea Bafille. the street is divided into Accessos (streets to the beach) With the Booking.com address it’s impossible to find - the receptionist said she’s told them several times to change the address. the breakfast was OK but not great - I suggest you don’t get the included buffet breakfast and order from the restaurant menu instead the balcony isn’t big enough for two people to sit on - use the hotel as a well located base snd don’t plan to spend much time in the room.

the staff were lovely the location was perfect - 15 minute walk from the bus station and right on the wonderful beach the restaurant was ok for bar snacks and drinks with friendly service but there are dozens of great restaurants a short walk away the rooms were small and basic but clean and functional with a great view over the incredible beach having a small gym you could book for solo use was very convenient the small pool was kept clean but the beach was the main feature having a pre booked umbrella and two sunloungers on the beach every day of our stay was great

So much! Location in front of the beach... perfect. Staff... reception staff - apologies if I get names wrong or miss you... but, Aurora, Elena (always smiling), Guileta and all were so cheerful welcoming helpful and friendly. Alessandro and the team in the bar were brilliant, again friendly and cheerful! Room - just what was needed. Not overly big, but you spend so little time there... key things were that the bed was comfy, walk in shower hot and great spray, and a sea view. Cracking pool, a gym, and your allocated space on the wonderful beach... and the beach towels too...
