I don't have any negative comments about this place - the value for money matches the property. It would have been great to have a small table in the bedroom, but we had plenty of space in the wardrobe.

The staff was incredibly helpful, approachable, friendly and available to reach out any time. The location was perfect - just 10min walk from the sea! It is also very quiet place during the night. This is a perfect place to stay for a calm and relaxing beach holiday!

The place is very calm, just very suitable for sea holidays and relaxation. In the evening the lighting is normal on the road and walk from the beach for a maximum of 15-17 minutes. Which is very convenient, that just not far from the corner of the cafe-which we went to - it worked only during the day and in the evening (if you go there, it's better to book a table so that you don't wait later))). Since this is a very quiet village, there are no shops there, one kiosk not far from the beach. But water, carbonated drinks can be bought at the hotel, which is super thoughtful. And there's an Italian-style breakfast. Therefore, either you will need to bring food with you for your morning snack (there is a refrigerator on the floor, but it was full of bottles), or buy breakfast at this hotel, which is also an option))) I really liked the room itself, check-in is exactly at 15, everything is nice, the room has air conditioning. A great option

would work on improving communication- Booking confirmation said I can pay with cards, while on arrival it’s actually cash only so I had to use only cash I had to pay for 3 nights, while no ATM in this village, so quite unpleasant for solo customers with no car. if I knew in advance would bring more cash - a WhatsApp or message with clear guidelines for foreigners on arrival time, check out, payment and area suggestions would improve experience a lot.

very clean rooms and terrace, functional aircon, daily cleaning, good breakfast for value, safe and overall well kept area and garden. Marta and Mary provided me with towel for the beach on request. trust cash on water will access to fridge regardless of timing - very helpful in the heat.

We didn’t feel comfortable in this property. Internet wasn’t working. We hear every click of the door. And the stuff was rude - no english. I don’t know but when the stuff can not even say even hello to you (in any language) what can I say. This is simply not how business is done.

The room was ok, but on the smaller side for 4 days and with a very uncomfortable and rock-hard bed, which had a large a gap in the middle of the “double mattress”. Breakfast was decent, despite a bit boring and expensive (5 EUR per person/per day). However, it was convenient as there were no alternatives in the area and the fridge was shared on the floors, but too small for so many people and thus always completely full and somewhat chaotic. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the b&b was a bit underwhelming, compared to many others we have stayed in at the same price-range.

Great location close to the beautiful beach. Close enough for evening drive to Syracuse, where we spent a few nights enjoying the city and having great food! The b&b was clean and staff was nice. Parking was easy outside the property.

Everything was perfect. Great location, close to the beach, restaurant with good food and price. The host very nice and helpfull.

The bed was not good. You can feel every single string from the mattress when sleeping. The bed makes noise every time when you move in the bed. Breakfast was served between 8-10. If you go eat after 9, everything which should be cold is warm (not good). The shower worked more like a sprinkler and not like a shower It's a long way to walk to the nearest market and train station.

The room was ok for one night. The staff was friendly.

The furniture in the room was a little bit outdated, but for us it was actually a plus, because it was a perfect fit with the whole property and its surroundings. We absolutely enjoyed it!

The property is amazing. A wonderful garden, with a big terrace, in 80s style. Comfortable beds, kind and helpful hosts. The beach is just 6 minutes walking distance away, and the best restaurant in the place is 4 minutes away. A place definitely to recommend!

Staff was extremely rude. They insisted I didn’t have a booking even though I had confirmation email that I was showing them, and they had the room ready. They then changed me more money for what o booked it for. Such a shame as it feels like they did it on purpose to get more money.

Depressing room. OK for one night. TV didn’t work - told due to weather (had been 2 days of pure sunshine). Wi-Fi worked for an hour. TV may sound unimportant but as a solo traveller it’s necessary to have a little sound around you. The only thing near is the beach so TV creates a buzz of chatter at least or radio via the TV when alone in the room. Other reviews mentioned tv problem. Wi-Fi worked once then stopped. I had a quiet sleep but can imagine high season corridors would be noisy. communal fridge outside my room but as I say - this time it was quiet. Mid October

Close proximity to the beach. Decent shower pressure, food AC/heat setting. Breakfast was a great selection of cold treats. Nice helpful lady in reception. Lovely big verandah overlooking very green gardens. Take mosquito repellent!

Saying “Bad experience” would be an understatement, and even when we try to let aside the feelings from this awful experience, they do not help themselves. The air conditioner, which was the worst part of the experience, simply did not work at all, and it was an enormous problem because we were on the second floor and it was hotter than every other room. Also, because of the temperature, we had to let the windows wide open to at least try to compensate for not having an air conditioner, and many mosquitoes infested the room. As a result of this, it was almost impossible to sleep for two days and we could not complain while we were there because it was hard to communicate in English and they didn’t read our emails. Moving from that, the bathroom was small, and it was somewhat hard to take a shower, but for everything else, it was good enough. The room itself was good enough too and if wasn’t because of the air conditioner, we would not have had more problems, except for not having a refrigerator. To not say that everything was bad, the breakfast was a really good point, and we had many great options of things to eat and drink.

Not the most quiet place to sleep, you could hear each step made on the hall and a baby crying next door I had a stressful check in experience. My late check in (9pm) was agrred, but after landing in Sicily at 6pm the staff said it's impossible without sending a passport scan on WhatsApp. I refused to do IT and for the next 2 hours, when travelling to Fontane Bianche, I didn't know if I have a place to stay.
