Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Friendly staff, excellent speedy check in with room ready earlier than expected. Communication though what’s app was very convenient to contact staff with breakfast requests. The breakfast croissants with pistachio filling were delicious. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toliettries. Location was near to all main attractions.

AustraliaNot much, it was really hard to fault
We loved absolutely everything about the Nikkis Collection. It is in a fabulous location in Rome, being right next door to Campo de Fiori which is rich in shopping, markets & restaurants- we were at a different Ristorante every night. It has easy access to cabs for short day trips or to get to the other end of town. The Hotel has everything thing you need in a Hotel, the rooms are a great size and very clean (almost new). there is a great rooftop for having a drink or for taking a pizza or focaccia up to - Day or Night!! Our Concierge- Sebastian was very helpful and he is in the office form 8am to 6pm- largely for checkins!!

United StatesI would have liked a sitting area. And we are non-smokers, we opened our windows and our room would fill with smoke. I know this could not have been controlled by owners, it was just disappointing.
Location! Location was ideal for exploring the Wternal City.

United StatesThe rooms were very small and our removable shower head didn’t stay up. Other than that it was great!
The breakfast was amazing! I also loved how we could open our windows completely for fresh air and to see the street below.

Czech RepublicThe location is great- really close to the centre and within walking distance of the Trastevere quater where we went for dinner. In the end, the hotel staff helped us to contact the taxi driver who took us to the airport and in which we left our glasses.

United StatesOur AC unit in our room didn't work and it was 31-32*C. The first night was miserable. The staff worked hard to get it repaired, but weren't able to for the duration of our visit. We did have a temporary solution and they made everything right in the end. We were satisfied
The staff is top notch. I loved the opportunity to communicate through WhatsApp. They were soo kind and responsive.

United StatesThe front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we mentioned we had an early flight the next day he quickly offered to book us a taxi and communicated once our booking was confirmed. The hotel is so great, with no key cards, very up on technology. Great shower and big room. It was just off a main side street and yet not very loud. we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

United StatesThought the breakfast was lacking in variety for what Wasn't imprethey charge. Not overly impressed with the rooftop for breakfast. Can easily find cafes for breakfast nearby. If you need a taxi you need to walk to a taxi stand about a five minute walk..Can not rely on staff to call a taxi. Taxi stands are the way to gol We easily got a cab at a nearby stand and had the taxi dirve back to the hotel to collect our luggage the day we checked out.
Super location near Piazza Navona. comfy room, and friendly staff.

GermanyBreakfast is a bit of a hassle since included is only 1 croissant, orange juice and coffee but you have to pay extra to have breakfast at the terrace instead of your own room. You also have to order it every day and tell the staff where and what you want. You can order more options but we thought the breakfast was a bit expensive for what you get.

CanadaNo padlocks on the room door and only a keypad entry to get into the room made it feel less safe than most other bookings we've had. The room code was the same as the front door code which also made us question whether all rooms had the same code (but I hope the front door simply had a multi-code capability). The hotel also sits above an alley corner that has a couple restaurants/cafes below. The noise of them closing up at night, opening up in the morning, and what I assume was garbage truck collection was quite loud.
Bedroom was clean and cozy. The location -- in terms of walkability -- was great. The breakfast was delicious! Great communication from the staff who were very friendly, professional, and helpful.

United StatesThe bathroom was on the smaller side. This was by NO means a deal breaker. Just the way the door was situated with the toilet and sink, made it a little difficult to open and close the door while also squeezing yourself in. The shower doors also were a bit cumbersome to open and step into but again, nothing that was a deal breaker. We did stay in a studio-style room so the larger rooms - 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms - likely have a larger bathroom as well.
Love the location, rooftop terrace and the staff. Very welcoming staff and communicated super well leading up to our stay. Location was great. We walked every where we wanted to go besides the airports in which we used taxis. No location was further than a 20-30 minute walk. If you're not an active person, it may not be walking distance to everything but it is still a great, central location to explore Vatican City, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum & Forum and more. Great little cafe downstairs was great for morning coffee and quite a few shops just around the corner including a gelato place. Rooftop terrace was a SUPER big bonus I didn't even realize was included. Breakfast is served there (although we didn't get the breakfast). But even at night or early morning, we had access and it was a great place to get some pictures of the city along with a quiet place to hang out.

AustraliaNothing, it was a great place for a quick trip to Rome.
Nikis Collection is in a great location, walking distance to all the iconic sites of Rome and opposite the famous Roscioli bakery. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us lots of tips for where to go on our one day in Rome. The bed was comfy. The room is on the smaller size (although it leads off to a common area where you can hang out if you want) but small is to be expected in a city like Rome. There is also a lovely rooftop if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall from what we saw of Rome accommodation this was a great place to stay - would recommend and would definitely visit again.
