The pool, and especially the jacuzzi was not clean. The bed was not convinient, since the double bed consisted of 2 separate smaller mattresses, so you had to sleep on the sides of the bed. Lack of fridge was a bit annoying, since most hotels in this category provide it.

It was great that the pool was heated, since we did not have a good weather. The staff was really kind and helpful. Really good location, next to the beach and close to public transpont.

The renovation is needed starting from room and finishing with the dining facility. Very poor wifi in the room.

Additional charges for chairs and other umbrella, I think this should be included with a beachfront hotel. Also gated parking for 15 eur per day is a bit high for guest staying at the hotel.

Great location, a bit out of the city crowd, the hotel is on the beach, sun chair and umbrella can be rented from the beach tenant for 20EUR, delicious food, room cleaned every day, friendly staff, comfortable bad.

The hairdryer. It was connected in the Toilet, and It was hard to use it. The girls with long hair ot take 1 hour to dry the hair.

A small surcharge. Despite the full payment of the reservation, it was necessary to pay extra for the stay. They could not explain to me why there was a difference.

The only wery disturbing thing was, that the wals are I guess wery thin and we could hear wery laud neibours watching TV and talking wery laudly till 01am and we could not sleep!! Some people just have no manners

Awesome hotel with nice pool just next to the beach and the bus stop to the city centre. Very good breakfast and kind and very helping stuff. I left some important thing in the room after my check-out and they really helped me to get it back to my home. I am very grateful for that.

I would've loved a mini fridge in the room. All the rest was perfect for me.

I had a perfect time. Lovely basic room with an amazing view. There was a bus stop right next to the hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful ❤️

If there was little not perfect details , it depends on what u are focusing. We enjoy weekend a lot. Would be good to have fridge.

It’s not first experience with this hotel and we are very happy to return. First , big thank you to cleaning woman at the 3rd floor. She is doing amazing job. Hotel is very lucky to have you! Everything was good from breakfast to room!

Great experience and extremely helpful staff. They managed to accommodate all my requests before and helped me with all my questions while I was there. The room was quite big and comfy. Bonus points for the nice dinner I had at the last minute on the day of my arrival. very easy to commute to the train station to reach Rimini city centre or Rimini Fiera
