NUMA Hotel is a wonderful property located right in front of the Mediterranean Sea. From the balcony of the room, I had an incredible and beautiful view of the sea. The room itself was extremely comfortable and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Definitely the place-to-stay when traveling to Marche

Intimate hotel, wonderful localization, in the center of the town but also close to the beach and with beautiful view to the sea. Very friendly and nice staff and incredibly clean in the room and on the hotel property. I spent an extraordinary time there.

I can’t think of anything. I guess I would have to say that at breakfast I didn’t catch on until the second day that I could request an omelette & bacon and fresh squeezed orange juice above and beyond their bountiful breakfast buffet. It was sumptuous.

I loved everything about it, my room, the view, the parking, the location, breakfast, the concierge (I feel badly I do not recall her name) - she was super helpful and kind. This is the type of place that I did not have enough time at, and I hope to rectify this in the future. It is a gem and the town is wonderful. We drove to the Frassasi Caves from there and that was also a wonderful experience.

Soundproofing is rather poor, and therefore the neighbors kept is awake into the night and woke us up early in the morning.

Very friendly staff and all very clean. Amazing location, dedicated parking spots. Apart from the sleep quality, everything was perfect.

the building sits against a steep street: the living room of our suite was below street level, which meant extremely little light or air could come in. We could only open one of the very small windows through a button: for the other one we were offered (not as a joke) a ladder. This doesn't match any of the pictures on booking.com or their website (and it was not clarified anywhere when we booked). they make you pay for anything from the minifridge, including water, including for the first night: when you are paying more than 160 a night, it feels like such a cheap move. bathroom's window can't be opened. no phone signal in the room due to the above-mentioned steep street. at checkout I learnt, by overhearing the receptionist mention it to another guest, that hotel guests can have a discount at two nearby restaurants: we weren't told this, despite asking for suggestions on place to eat, and funnily enough we ate at both restaurants.

junior staff was good. the view is ok but defintely not worth the price, especially if they put you in one of the lower floors where the view is ruined by the car park.
