The apartment is directly at the beach. Great sea view from teracce. Just a few minutes of walking from Scala dei Turchi. The near buildings need reconstruction but the nature here is nice. Apartment is old fashioned furnished, mainly the couch in the kitchen needs to exchange. It is ok for sitting but terrible for sleeping. The bed in bedroom is ok. The main advantage is the location directly at the beach and the view from terrace. It was great to sit there with a cup of coffee and just look to the sea.

The property was right on the beach and easy walk to Scala dei Turchi. Our room had a terrace overlooking the sea. Restaurants closeby. Close to Agrigento.

We arrived and the owner showed us the parking and the house. No breakfast but that was clearly communicated. Unfortunately we had really bad weather. I assume by sunshine sitting outside must be lovely and I can really recommend this place. The owners did their best to show us things to do with heavy rain :)

Only thing was that need a repair is shower.

Location is great, next to the beach. For improvement owner cour add geolocation to find it easier. All needed tools to make some food, variety of coffee. Really nice place, with large terrace

We really loved the location, it was very quiet and the nature and view over the beach and the sea was beautiful! The terrace was the heart of the whole apartment, which we really loved. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the water in the shower didn’t drain away quick enough, so you had to take breaks. But other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

There are more than one apartments, we received one that didn’t have a good sea view, and it was smelling of mold. The host gave us another apartment but it didn’t correspond with the one in the pictures (first floor with great sea view) we got one at the ground level but still had a good sea view. The bed was not comfortable, the sheets were not fresh, they had a strange smell, at our request the host changed the sheets with brand new ones.

It is quiet, with view to the sea, the beach is just a couple of minutes away. The host is nice and helpful.

Amazing sea view, you can see the sunshine straight from the bed or from the open balcony. The beach it's only 2 minutes walk.

Firstly, the apartment was dirty and I mean really dirty - discusting dishes with food left from others. Dust everywhere, hairs on the floor, face mask from covid behind the bed. The first thing when arriving was horrific smell from bathroom. The apartment was nice in general, but with dirty dishes, towels, sheets it wasn't great stay and if cleanliness is important to you, I wouldn't recommend.

Location was great, close to the beach. The arrival process was fine and host nice and polite.

The bathroom smelled like urine and wasn’t cleaned properly. Not enough towels for a beach house and they were quite worn out. Overall, the value was ok but felt like a cheaply furnished not well maintained beach house, and especially with the smell in the bathroom we were unhappy and wouldn’t stay there again. If they could do a deep clean to remove the smell and update the accessories we might consider it again for the location (it has potential but needs some work).

Very friendly, communicative flexible host, and he was on time for our meeting. We arrived late and appreciated his flexibility. The location for beach access is amazing, and right by scala dei turchi. Only 15-20 minutes drive to agrigento and valley of the temples, but on a quiet beach.

Parking isn't directly at the house, so prepare to take your luggage over uneven ground (no pavement) to the house and up a steep staircase. Mattress and sofa bed are worn out and were uncomfortable.

Lovely host, waited a long time for our arrival late at night (after flight delay and lot's of traffic disruptions). Safe parking (gates). Great view from the balcony and very close to beach and Scala dei Turchi.
