Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Francenothing. Our favourite thing is that every single place we stay has something different that stands out positively.
Breakfast was excellent. It was served by the proprietor. We really enjoy meeting our proprietors! We had lots of choices - hard-boiled eggs, fresh bread and buns, small specialty pastries. We started with yoghurt and fresh fruit. I was offered all of the capuccino and espresso I could drink! The room was very nice. Mattress was *excellent*. The room was very quiet and we had a little inner patio to sit on that was open to the sky. Bathroom is modern. Our host gave us some good travel and walking tips for the day. And everything was exceptionally clean.

United KingdomWonderful stay - our last 3-nights in Sardinia. The location of the B&B is excellent, the room was a good size, very clean with all amenities needed, we had the best night's sleep in our 14 night trip at the B&B. Stefano is what makes the B&B, providing us with a fantastic breakfast, lots of information and advice. We particularly enjoyed our chats at breakfast. Cagliari is a lovely city, walkable (although steep - there are buses/trains to get around if walking is limiting) we managed to see most of the sites in 2 days and spent a day at the beach. If we were to re-visit Cagliari we would have no hesitation in booking the B&B for our stay.

CanadaWe could not have been more pleased about our stay. Our host provided an excellent breakfast, exceptionally clean accommodations, ideally situated in the Marina area, walking distance to the train (which is 5 minutes from the airport)and most importantly he shared a wealth of information about places to eat, sights to see, and details about all things Sardinian. No questions were left unanswered 🤣and he made our stay in Cagliari so much more than we could have hoped for . We have much to thank Stafano for and would highly recommend his B&B

He sends everything you need to know: must see in Cagliari, restaurants, how to arrive from the airport, parkings near the apartment with prices and addresses and so on.. he even borrowed me a beach towel and gives diving masks when needed. AustraliaThere was nothing I did not like.
Stefano, the host, was magnificent. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a well-appointed ensuite. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Old Town, restaurants, shops, and access to all manner of public transport to go anywhere around Cagliari or Sardinia. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

The room was very comfortable, and the location is great, right in the heart of cagliari with restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Stefano was extremely helpful, he provided us with all the tips we needed to have a memorable stay in sardegna! He was always very accommodating, providing a full overview before arrival, including all the parking options around. The breakfast was also wonderful and Stefano provided a different Sardegnian treat with every breakfast. We would definitely recommend this B&B to upcoming travellers.

Set in a building from the 1500s is this friendly, spacious bnb. The host was exceptional with a spectacular breakfast every day serving one speciality of sardinia, along with fruit, fresh juice, eggs, toast, and coffee. Every day, he would check what we wanted to do and help organise from bike rides to cruising, beach towels to restaurant suggestions. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, comfortable beds and offer a small courtyard area to dry some handwashing or sit and chill. Wifi worked really well, too. Position is so good with lots of restaurants around and access close by to parking, tours, shopping, marina.

PolandThere is literally nothing we have found missing or uncomfortable
Location - simply perfect, we flew to Cagliari, took a train which is right next to the airport, one train stop and we're in Cagliari, then 7 minutes walk and we're here. Located near the Marina, bus stop at hand reach, historical old town is up the hill, location is simply perfect. Want to go to the beach? No problem, take a bus and you're there in a blink of an eye. Want to go to the old town? Just walk up the hill and after 10 minutes you're there! All great restaurants and stores are just next to you. 10/10 Rooms - Stefano really takes care of his guests, rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and lots of space. One thing I missed is the view at the marina but you can just walk outside and you're there. Room are cleaned daily, towels on demand, fridge outside the room with cold water and ice if you want it etc. We've chosen an option with breakfast and I advise you do the same, freshly squized juice, fruits, sandwiches, jams, delicious coffee. 10/10 The host - Stefano, you're amazing, all your valuable tips and directions, grazie! I am very thankful for all your messages and meal/pastry facts sent daily, we felt very taken care of all the time. I don't usually rate the host, but Stefano, you get 11/10 :) Tips: Go to see: - Museo archeologico nazionale - Orto Botanico di Cagliari - Tuvixeddu necropolis - Bastione di Saint Remy - Torre dell'Elefante - Parco di Molentargius, see the flamingos! - climb the Sella del diavolo, the views are astonishing and it's an easy hike - after your hike go straight to the Calamosca beach, cosy and swim is refreshing and lots and lots more, our stay was too short, I need to come back again :) Grazie mille Stefano, B&B HIGHLY recommended, to all of you who find this opinion valuable - enjoy your stay!

Croatia10 out of 10! Tremendous host: I've never met a host who was so helpful and full of practical advice on where to go and what to see in the city. Made us feel incredibly welcome. Outstanding location: centre of the old city, right next to the Regional Council of Sardinia and just a few steps away from the seafront and the marina. Delicious breakfast served by the top man himself – Stefano. Word to the wise: be sure to hit the remarkable sand beach of Poetto.

AustriaStefano, the host, is very knowledgeable about his town and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Activities, restaurants, sights - he finds something to add for everyone. The rooms are wonderfully cozy, quiet, clean and offer everything you might need. Don't be put off by the stairs, the host will help you with the luggage. The location is excellent - 5 mins to the old castle district, loads of restaurants, shopping and the harbour just around the corner. You start the day with a lovingly prepared breakfast and a special sweet treat from the bakery each morning. There is cold drinking water and a space in the fridge for your food, if you require it. 100% recommended!
