Comfortable and clean place to stay in Rome. Very convenient transport location, the center of Rome is within walking distance. There are plenty of places for breakfast and dinner nearby.

Annarita was the best host ever!very kind and helpful.i was able to leave my lagguage after checkout and she went over and beyond and kept it in a secured locked away as I was travelling with my macbook.The room vas excellent, very clean and everything is new. fantastic smell all around.Excellent location half an hour walk from threvi fountain and close to the Vatican Museums as well. The host was really nice! The position is top to reach vaticano and the centre of Roma. It's top for couple! The cleaness was perfect! The check-in had been really quickly! It's sure that if i have to return in Rome i'll contact this host.

I really liked this apartment! Room was little but had everything. Private bathroom as well. Other guests were quiet, so thin walls didn’t bother. Nice design. Also, the location is great, only the Colosseum is far away. Otherwise, everything is within reach.

The location is superb. Close to every bars, restaurants and shops. The room has aircon and a small fridge which are very convenient for summer time travel and the shared kitchen has everything I need.

The apartment is situated in a lovely location, near Vaticano and close to lot of bar/restaurants. The underground station is 5 minutes walk. Also the room is very clean and there’s no noise from outside.

There’s nothing not to like

Excellent location in the middle of Prati, close to metro and shuttlebus to Fumicino. The in itself is small (3 rooms) and very quiet. Bed and bathroom are both great, there’s an AC, a coffee machine, complementary water, tea and coffee and the lady who rents these apartments out is extremely friendly, communicative and helpful!

The location is close to castle, and to vantican museum, it is also convenient by walking. And by crossing the bridge for going to city centre, you just need to walk about 20 min, which is fine for me. It's really a convenient location for trips around Rome by walking. Annarita is also a kind person, helping me a lot in remote check-in and storage of luggages and so on.

What did we like? Everything! Such an amazing find. Annarita our host was incredible. She met us when we arrived off our train early and checked us in. She was then on hand if we had any questions, helping us with the best way to get to the airport and giving us advice on where to eat. The room was in a wonderful building and was spacious, very clean and with a coffee machine and lots of little touches. Prati is a really safe area and nice and quiet compared to some of the busier areas. At night you couldn't hear a sound from outside in the room. The beds were really comfortable.

The hostess was amazing. Super kind and caring! Also the Appartement itself totally served it‘s purpose. I slept very well and in the mornings I could get to any sight within the blink of an eye.

Sound insulation: there was some noise from opening and closing doors when other guests were leaving or arriving. This is normal in this kind of structure, so we were prepared and it did not really bother us.

Excellent location, close to the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, public transportation and more than enough nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Communication with Annarita went smooth, she gave us very clear instructions for the self check-in due to our late arrival and gave us some options for transfer from and to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had all necessary amenities.
