On the day of arrival we were informed that we couldn’t enter the reserved apartment because of electrical problems. A replacement accommodation, about one kilometre from the original, was provided. In the shared area the sink and refrigerator were dirty.

The apartment is close to Termini Station, which is very well connected to the rest of Rome. It offered a room with a private bathroom and a small shared kitchen equipped with a water kettle and a refrigerator. The room was tidy, and we received fresh towels every day.The Wi‑Fi was good and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Host Rakib replied to messages promptly and was always willing to help, so the highest praise goes to him.

I had a lovely stay at this accommodation, which is perfectly located just a short walk from Termini Station. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The host was absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to assist us at every step, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bed made a creaky sound with every movement, which could be a bit disturbing, and there was some rust in the bathroom, particularly around the trash can. Despite these small issues, everything else was great and we really appreciated the warm hospitality and the overall comfort of the place.

I definetly recommend Oscar suite. The location is great, the room was cleaned every day, the communication with our host,Rakib,  was very good, you can find many places to eat , supermarket,  we don t have anything to complain. În the morning of our leaving, we found a souvenir from Rakib, left in front of the door, was very nice.

The building is quite old and in need of some redecoration. The lift looked very dodgy since it was very old and with manual doors, luckily the accommodation is on the first floor. There were very few power outlets, especially close to the beds. Since this is basically an apartment being rented out as separate rooms, the internal sound proofing is not great. We could hear our next door neighbours speaking from our room. The internal door lock also seemed not to be very secure.

The location is great. It is just a seven-minute walk from Roma Termini. The room was reasonably clean and serviced every day with a fresh set of towels. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment before the advertised check-in time, which was great.

For that money everything was good

It is close to the Termini station, subway and bus stop, the IL Castoro supermarket, and Coliseum, there are small cafes and restaurants. The towels were changed every day, there's an air conditioning, so there's no problem with heating in winter. Also, there's a smart TV, small fridge and a kettle. And a private bathroom, of course. As for the host, the nicest person ever, he was always in contact if we needed something. And getting a small present for Christmas from him was the sweetest thing, thanks 👍.

The area feels a little sketchy at night. The issue about pick pocketers in Rome is real. One of our companions iPhone was stolen at one of the souvenir vendor tables closer to the station.

Clean, good size room for 3 people. Rakib ensured we had a smooth check in and was responsive via whatsapp to our questions. The location is perfect if you need access to the main train terminal- Roma Termini. Great food walkable in the area for every budget. Accomdations were grear for the price paid

The sounds from the room next door were really noisy, I think it was the water system, but it was not too disturbing.

The host Rakib was very helpful, he also let us leave our bags betone the check-in time and gave some recommendations about the places to eat. The room is near Termini station and it is very convenient to reach main sights. We even walked to Vatican from there, though it is faster to go by metro or bus and they are all at the Termini station. . The Coloseum is 10 minutes on foot , Try Termini food market- wonderful!. The beds were very comfortable and the room for 5 people was quite spacious. Perfect for our short stay.

I can definitely recommend the Oscar suite home, especialy the host name Rakib, who was really kind and helpful with our acommodation in Rome. We even had a chance to leave our laugage before our check in time. If we come back to Rome, we will choose this place again for sure.
