The hotel is very central with lots of excellent restaurants nearby. The room was spacious with everything we needed for a short break and was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was a great addition to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing with sea views. The breakfast was very good with a range of food to suit everyone. I would highly recommend the Ossuna Bay.

Being in the old town you cannot park close, but the instructions for their dedicated parking lot a quick walk away was easy to follow. Using WhatsApp to request the gate to be opened was easy. I chose not to drive to the hotel to drop my bags off because it is a fairly flat walk with only a short amount of cobble stones to navigate (my bag is only small and only about 10kg so not to much of an issue on cobbles). All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady who manages breakfast and cleans the rooms, was absolutely lovely. She couldn’t do enough to help me. Very close and easy walking to all restaurants, the water, the cathedral etc.

The location is close to the beach and just off a beautiful cobblestone street. Everything is walkable. Breakfast was fantastic. We had a family room and was pleasantly surprised by two separate bedrooms! I just wish we had more than one night. Definitely a place we will stay next time!

There are NO drawers in the room or space for toiletries in the bathroom. You have to work out of your suitcase. This made it a little difficult.

The situation is perfect short walk to the beach, which clean, the property is in the center of the town. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars. Most of all the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Hotel is perfectly located in the old town. Our room was quiet with a view a balcony and a view of the sparkling sea. Fiendly staff. Breakfasts were very nice with a lot of variety.

A lovely hotel in Cefalu. The room was a good size and had a nice balcony to sit out on. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the secure private free parking was a real bonus in such a busy town. While the lift wasn't overly fast, it worked well and got us between the ground floor to the 4th floor in a calmly way. The staff were lovely. We would recommend 0ssuna Bay Boutique Hotel to anyone wanting to visit Cefalu
