There was a queue for the shower (1 for multiple rooms) in the morning, so I assume limited bathroom facilities is why the hostel hasn't got bunk beds (it's a good thing it doesn't have bunk beds).

It's a simple-basic place but the bed was comfortable and the shower was warm and the wifi was decent and there were big lockers and the staff were helpful. If you're looking for a base for days out in the city, this is a good shout if you don't need anything fancy.

Closing check in time at 8pm is a little absurd. If reception isn't 24 hours, it should at least open until 10pm. It doesn't seem like the bathrooms have any ventilation because it smells a lot.

The beds are a bit short for anyone who is taller than 5 foot 8 inches.

I rented a bed in the 4 bed dormitory. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, with lots of blankets to keep warm while it was cold outside. The bathroom was also clean.

there is no place to hang towels in shower room. also the floor is always wet because there is no foot mat placed outside bathroom. the light of washroom was not working when i went there at the midnight. also there was some problem with the room lights as it was not turning off so everyone had to sleep with the lights on.

this hostel is average and walkable distance to the railway station. the beds and lockers are okay.

No curtains in beds which I don’t mind but could be an issue for someone. Only one bathroom for the whole room (I believe we were 7 people).

Really good value for money! Kitchen was big, clean and well-equipped and they had some pasta, coffee, bread, onions and spices for free for everyone to use! The area was calm/quiet. Common space was good.

Beds were single beds and had nothing to separate one bed from other beds, so it lacks in privacy. Some beds have to share the two ports on the wall for charging, but it often can only insert one device since the device blocks the other port.

The locker was big and came with a lock. The toilet has a bidet.

The floor is dirty. Only 1 bathroom (with a shower) for 1 dormitourium (around 10 people). The bed and pillow are too soft.

It was near to the water transport and therefore has better connectivity than other places. This is also inside the old gothic church which makes it a beautiful property to stay. Davido, the manager was extremely helpful and guided us to the right destinations

Venice as a whole is very expensive.

I loved the building and the local area - it was a quiet part of Venice. The grounds of the hostel were spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and in working order.

I think it’s some kind of university so some evening you can hear kids play sport or singing in the church bit it’s not that disturbing. I don’t like the bathroom, it’s the same as toilet and the floor is wet after used. The actual shower in my room was broken. The bunk bed was okay unless you stay on the bottom, it’s very short, no one can sit straight there.

The place is quite unique, has a lot of space outside and quiet overall.
