hosts were the standout. Paola and Massimo were Passionate and knowledgeable about the local area and the country. Massimo’s tour of the necropolis is a must if it’s your first time in Fiumicino and his carbonara is the best in the world! Quaint room with own bathroom and lots of privacy. extremely clean. Walking distance to the beach.

Wonderful couple hosts. He can pick you up from the train station or airport as needed. He also cooks excellent as a chef. We enjoyed a 5 star meal of Sea Bass and salad with a good wine... Very nice place.

the house is very clean ,the room is beautiful, spacious and spotless, cozy, elegant, Massimo and Paola are wonderful, very kind, very courteous, and welcoming, they make you feel at home, The hospitality is wonderful. from first night they let me feel that we are friends from many years. We absolutely liked the B&B. It was super close to the airport, super clean and comfy and the staff - wonderful. They really made us feel at home and were helpful and sooo nice!! We will come back!! Oh yeah and the coffee!!! So good!!!

The set up feels like invading someone space . no sunlight or windows in the room , no comfortable space two eat or drink since those are not allowed in the room . it was uncomfortable

The rental is a private bedroom and bath just off the hosts personal living room. So one enters into their small personal space. They were lovely and so helpful! Still it was a bit awkward and unexpected. Also the power went off as we were dressing for the airport at 6:00 am and we had to finish getting ready and depart in the dark. Not the owners fault I’m sure. But challenging.

This is the most extreme unpleasant experience I ever had as a guest in any country in my whole life. Hostess, offered, 2 days before our arrival to arrange for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. I send her our flight number and time of arrival, prior to our arrival. We entered the arrival area after 18 hours of travel and could not find anybody there. I was roaming and phoned her but she refused to take the call and gave instruction via Whatts-Up to meet her husband at a door which we never found, after 2 hours of running up and down with luggage. She than said we must take a taxi, which we did. Arriving at her guest house it was the most unfriendly and hostile reception I ever experienced. The room we had, have only a sliding door with no lock connecting from a cluttered dining room. The next morning we got out of the room with our luggage and ask to have breakfast earlier at 8h30, instead of 09h15, which was not a problem for the husband, of hostess .Then hostess confronted me regarding the shuttle and was extremely upset, started screaming and yelling at us with outrageous anger for no known reason. She was so angry, she refused to serve breakfast and chased us out on to the street. Her husband could not even calm her down. Slammed the door in our faces maybe the reason for all of this was that she “lost” 20 Euro on the shuttle fees and that we eventually “showed up” at her Guest House She threatened to report us to Booking.com and when she realized that we are also working with Booking.com --she then threatened to call the police – but keep on yelling. This all happened in front of other guests, who were already having their breakfast. We found her extremely rude.

upstairs attic room was too hot even with air conditioning numerous LED and other lights in the room made it seem like Christmas- without an eye mask, very hard to sleep if you are over 5 feet, the shower hose and slant of roof made it impossible to bath without hitting your head coming and going was not very comfortable as we felt like we were invading their space and being watched to go breakfast was grocery store packaged foods when I was asked about owners arranging a taxi to the airport - and I asked price - I was told “no idea” …. really???? btw…our group of 4 got a taxi thru Uber for 30E glad we just had One night

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The problem started when we arrived in the evening and it was a really hot and humid night. Our room was in the roof, and obviously was really hot because of the sun light during all day. The owner informed me that the air conditioner could not be turned down bellow 22*C. Basically because of this we had a very uncomfortable night because was really hot and humid. Other problem was the ceiling in the bathroom that was so low that was impossible to stand in the shower. In the morning, the owner asked how was my night and I said that I had a terrible night without sleeping because of the high temperature in the room. After this, the owner became quite aggressive saying that in Italy there is a law that stets air conditioners must not operate lower than 22*C and he said that Italians respect the laws - which I felt that was a racist affirmation, once me and my partner are not Italian. And we realised that there’s no law in Italy that says that the air conditioner can’t go under 22*C. So we went for a breakfast . The breakfast was really disappointing. The orange juice and the bottle of water weren’t cold and the orange juice was neither fresh (was those individual ones in a carton). The croissant was not fresh as well. Was those ones that you can buy on the supermarket that comes packet individually. There was no butter or any eggs, cheese or toste or cereals. It was a very poor breakfast. Me and my partner were talking about how disappointing that experience was and the owner listened our conversation and became really aggressive with us. In the end him and his wife took our bags that were in the living room and gave to us and told us to leave before the check out time! We were put out on the street with our luggage in an area without any public transport or cab. And before we left, the owner threatened me physically.

Breakfast was a little bland and limited and buses don´t go very often to that area- the trip to the airport has to be planned in good time beforehand.

Very pretty and comfortable room in a very cozy house. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, I would warmly recommend the pick up service they provide from the airport, because taxies are not cheap at all- 30€ minimum for going out from the airport. We were only a night there but I wouldn´t mind spending some more time.

The hand wash did not drain well, the hot water in the shower stopped heating in the middle of the bathroom, we ended up taking a shower with cold water and there was a smell of cigarettes in the room. They couldn't keep our bags after check out

no mention or proposal to offer me something for breakfast despite the early check out and also a bit of privacy missing (you are really in their house, no keys for the rooms, you have the feeling people can hear you or you could bump into any family member any time on the way to the toilet)
